“I moved here in 2021 and was flabergasted over the minimal choices of places to eat in chilliwack especially one that is open later, I was excited about burger shack being close to my home but I do wish the hours were until 11 every day because I love the food and sometimes I don’t make it back from Pitt-Meadows in time.

I have been eating burger shack consistently through skip/ and take out. When I first tried the business I had some very questionable raw food and a couple rude staff members that I think do not work there anymore thank god but since the new updates in both staff and the restaraunt as a whole I’m very happy with the outcome and look forward to the changes I see and enjoy eating the food more often. I didn’t want to give up because of a few bad experiences.

I ordered off skip and got the bacon cheeseburger with shack sauce on the side and curly fries. I have to be honest the curly fries remind me of the curly fries from McCaine in the grocery store lol. Straight fries are better from here in my opinion. The shack sauce is to die for I think it’s literally crack sauce.“

“the service was super slow! three people were working but in reality it was only the one lady actually doing anything. the chicken had obviously been sitting there under that heater forever and did not look great. after reheating it was yummy, as church’s always is. but this is still probably the worst service and atmosphere i’ve experienced at one of these stores.“

“On our travels through Chilliwack, I discovered that I had left my purse behind, at Five Guys. I was 3 hours away by this time and went into a blind panic. I called them, crossing fingers it was there! They stated that it was, and they kept it safe overnight until I could have someone pick it up the next morning. The purse was retrieved, all contents (including cash), untouched. A MAJOR THANK YOU for the honesty, integrity and graciousness of this store’s staff. “My first time trying royal fried chicken and all i can say is WOW! Absolutely the best fried chicken I've ever had. The chicken had a beautiful crispy exterior and very moist meat. Staff was extremely kind . This is now my go to chicken place. Far superior than KFC and most other big brand fried chicken restaurants . Thank you, from a very happy new customer.“

“I ordered Yuringi and my husband had the 2 piece chicken combo dinner and the chicken was VERY good - NOT greasy at all - really hot and delicious! No processed chicken here! Staff are very friendly. Not sure why it was so quiet as the food is excellent! We will return as it seems to be the only chicken place in town that isn’t greasy“

“Saw the ads on tv for the Canadian milk frosty. Wasn’t sure what I was expecting, but came in to see the hardest working team and manager serving up delicious poutine and crisp green lettuce on my wrap at the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. 10/10, would recommend.“

“I've been through the drive thru for this location quite a few times over the last month or two and must say that I'm pretty impressed. Food has been fresh, hot and delicious. The pop, however, has been disgusting. I have never had one that isn't flat. I find my self more often than not dumping it. Staff aren't the most polite but their not rude, it's more likely they just don't want to be there and who can really blame them. Overall I will definitely keep coming here. The consistency has been very good.“
