“the service was super slow! three people were working but in reality it was only the one lady actually doing anything. the chicken had obviously been sitting there under that heater forever and did not look great. after reheating it was yummy, as church’s always is. but this is still probably the worst service and atmosphere i’ve experienced at one of these stores.“

“On our travels through Chilliwack, I discovered that I had left my purse behind, at Five Guys. I was 3 hours away by this time and went into a blind panic. I called them, crossing fingers it was there! They stated that it was, and they kept it safe overnight until I could have someone pick it up the next morning. The purse was retrieved, all contents (including cash), untouched. A MAJOR THANK YOU for the honesty, integrity and graciousness of this store’s staff. “They have good days and some bad days - so this is more of an overall. This visit the drive thru was very busy, so I walked in. The service was courteous and prompt.
The taste has been consistent, but the condiments is not. This visit it was a sad green leaf.“
