McDonald's in Chilliwack

“Stopped by this place for breakfast during our road trip to Hope. We ordered two wraps and a kids meal, though the kids meal initially didn’t include the main item (nuggets). I brought it to the attention of the frontline staff, and they quickly resolved it with no fuss; appreciate the prompt service!

They’re still giving out the older Super Mario game packs (no Pokémon or Minecraft yet). Most of the staff seemed to be native Canadians friendly, although quite busy at the time.

The meal was decent, and the taste was good overall. The washrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, a recommended stop!“

“Five stars just for the little lady (I think manager) at the front this morning at about 8am. She was just a bright & sunny person who actively engaged all the customers standing waiting for food, spreading her very positive attitude around to us. If McDonald's needs a new customer service training person.. well here she is! I left in a far better mood than I arrived and that rarely happens when you wait for things haha. Such a wonderful representation of good service from a clearly good person. All it takes to make someone's day a bit brighter is a good attitude, and she's got it in spades.“

“Well it's McDonalds and aside from some screaming ADHD kids that had no discipline from the parents or lack there of it was great! Food was good but it's the service that stood out for me. Even though it was very busy they were on the ball and had our food to my wife and I in what felt like not even a minute.

Parking: Small spots with a too many people that find it a good idea to go out in their Ford f450 extend a cab with dualies and find the smallest parking lots to go to and then they have to be parked right at the front door, they would drive right into the building if they could, god forbid they walk 5 feet“
