“Five stars just for the little lady (I think manager) at the front this morning at about 8am. She was just a bright & sunny person who actively engaged all the customers standing waiting for food, spreading her very positive attitude around to us. If McDonald's needs a new customer service training person.. well here she is! I left in a far better mood than I arrived and that rarely happens when you wait for things haha. Such a wonderful representation of good service from a clearly good person. All it takes to make someone's day a bit brighter is a good attitude, and she's got it in spades.“
“There’s teenagers everywhere. Absolutely horrid. Not the calm, self respectable kids who mind their business but the “skids” and bullies. Other than that, the food is consistent I’d say. The workers deserve more credit! There was this one younger girl with makeup, absolutely great service! She was bright and full of energy. Another boy with glasses and curly hair, a respectful young man. I admire the young workers, and the diversity!“
“I have been a fan of McDonalds food since I started working there at the age of 14, over 50years ago. While the taste still has me hooked, I was beginning to despair of the lack of public service offered in the majority of McDonald restaurants I’ve been into lately. Until today. As I was going through the drive-through, my engine started smoking. I quickly pulled away from the drive-through and into a parking area and within seconds two McDonald’s employees came running out to offer me help. They very quickly were able to not just tell me what was wrong with my engine, but show me what the problem was and advise me on how it would need to be fixed. This McDonald’s has been my McDonald’s of choice for a number of years now and this is just one of the reasons why. Customer care and quality of service are everything.“
