“Best experience ever!!!
If you want to feel appreciated, loved, and supported. Do yourself a favour, come to this McDonalds location, our family experienced an amazing food, service, and care here. All the staff was ready to help, even in difficult circumstances, I came when my daughter was having a bad nose bleeding; all the staff was ready to cooperate, to support them and give themselves to help us. That is hard to be found in today’s society. We know that all of them are tremendously empathetic and caring, we not only got high quality food but even better HUMAN BEINGS treatment. “My family and I stopped at this location in hopes for some fries for my younger children. We were 20 minutes too soon for the lunch/dinner menu. My 4 year old autistic son instantly melted down. I calmed him down with the help of the manager and a staff member in which they were amazing. They brought out colouring pages and pop out masks to entertain him while we waited the twenty minutes. We ordered some hash browns and apple juice then waited. When they were ready the staff brought it to our table which was a HUGE help. Then when it was time, we ordered out main food in which was once again served right to our table. My kiddos were happy colouring and happy with their food. Though they weren’t the most quiet.. no one seemed bothered by them which definitely helped with my anxiety. I am so grateful for the amazingly kind service and the approach they had towards by children. The food (even for a McDonalds) was fresh and really good. We go to McDonalds often and I have to sat this is now our favourite location. Thank you all for your calm and kind approach and great food. Definitely recommend!“

“There’s an Asian gentlemen staff member at this McDonald’s who is extremely friendly and welcoming. He’s constantly cleaning and keeping the restaurant very tidy. Highly recommend bringing kids here — even the washrooms are very clean.“

“I recently visited the McDonald’s in Cloverdale and overall had a very good experience. The restaurant is easy to access and has a convenient location & The service felt organized, and my order was prepared without much waiting time. I also appreciated that the staff maintained a positive attitude, which really adds to the overall customer experience.

The food was served fresh and exactly as expected from McDonald’s—consistent taste, good portion size, and properly packed. The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was well assembled without being messy. Everything tasted standard and satisfying, which is exactly what you look for in a fast-food visit.

The seating area was generally clean and comfortable. Tables were being cleared regularly, and the overall hygiene level seemed well maintained. The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly, making it suitable for both quick solo visits and small group meals. The drive-thru (if used) also appeared to be moving at a decent pace.

One thing I would especially highlight is the staff behavior—they were calm, respectful, and attentive even during rush hours, which made the experience feel smoother. Small gestures like confirming orders properly and serving with a smile really stood out.

Overall, this McDonald’s Cloverdale location delivers a reliable and pleasant fast-food experience with good service, decent food quality, and a clean environment. Nothing extraordinary, but everything is consistent and well managed.

“Yesterday night a couple of really rude self entitled elders were giving hell to the poor employee there because they couldn't grab their door dash pick-up, despite showing up 45 minutes after closing time ( the restaurant close an hour before the Walmart, CLEARLY indicated )Despite being filmed by those morons the ladies cleaning up kept their cool and stayed polite with them.Everytime I go there food is all right and so is service, keep up good work guys!“

“Had a really nice experience today! I was waiting outside for my drive-thru order, and the girl named Mehak
brought my food out was so polite and had such a positive, friendly attitude. She thanked me for waiting and even asked me to double-check my bag before I left to make sure everything was there. I really appreciated that because if something had been missing, I would’ve had to drive all the way back. It’s the little things like this that make a difference. Thank you for the great customer service!“

“I often pass by this McDonald’s branch whenever I do my groceries, and I decided to stop by recently. The branch itself is decent, and the location is convenient right beside Walmart at Guildford Town Centre. It’s a good spot to dine in either before or after shopping, or to grab something for takeout. The staff service was satisfactory, and the atmosphere is comfortable whether you’re eating alone or with a group. The food quality was good and consistent, and the prices were reasonable for what you get“

“The people that serve the food are always so polite and work very hard. They work together and smiles all around. Their quality of putting the food together properly has some serious issues, more manager inspections and training required according to comments.“

“I visited today at Mc D and was very happy the way the staff was giving service . My daughter was with me and she just returned from her Ballet Performance and was very tired , the staff treated her very nicely and provided her with food in less than 3 minutes .. we really enjoyed our time at this Mc D . “The only store until now put napkins in Happy Meals boxes for my children. Thank you. It is simple but I didn't have that after many orders from other locations. Washrooms were out of order both times we visited. This store is quite small. There is no soft drink machine in sight.“
