“Visited here with kids and ordered chicken nuggets, Mc chicken, spicy Mc chicken, crispy chicken n bacon wrap, snack wraps, fries n pop. The food was ready in 5-10 minutes fresh and hot. The person serving was very friendly polite and greeted with smile. Restaurant was clean and neat. Will definitely visit here again. Highly recommended place. Thank you.“

“I come to this McDonald’s often — for a walk with a coffee, a little snack, or weekend breakfast — and it’s truly the cleanest location I’ve ever visited. Especially in the mornings, I often see the team cleaning the floors and keeping everything tidy.

But the best part is the staff. They are always so friendly, but today I was especially touched. I was holding my baby while waiting to pick up my order, and one of the staff asked if I was dining in. When I said yes, they told me to just take a seat and they would bring the food to me. Such a small gesture, but it meant so much.

I already loved that this McDonald’s is close to home, but now I feel even happier every time I visit. Thank you for the great service! 😊💛“

“Was yelled at 3 times to pick up order. Each time I said that's me. Lady kept shouting my order number as if I wasn't even there. When I finally got her attention to I am right here. She again started shouting at me stating I didn't announce myself. I explained I did. Then every other staff member about 4 or 5 of them shouted at me it wasn't her fault. I waited for order still to be completed and now I feel she with held my drink cup to assert her Authority. She starred at me while holding the cup in her hand saying she is getting it. I had to wait several minutes until she was done...oh yes I asked to speak to the manager only to find out she was one of the five shouting at me well over 5 feet away. She wouldn't go to a private area to speak without involvement from the staff or to further interrupt the store. She kept overspending me and defended her. When I called her on it she then stated ok I am listening now. No apologies to me as a customer.

Everytime I come in this particular store I feel racialized. I'm ignored over looked treated unfair and indignant. I will keep blasting poor reports until the managers and owners start fixing this shit. Sadly it's the worst McDonald's service I have ever had. I see why they only have 3 stars. Even that is questionable“

It’s clear why this place remains a favorite for many. My experience was enjoyable, and I’d definitely return for another Avocado Crispy Wrap and French Vanilla on my next visit.“

“I am surprised I’m rating a fast food place with 5 stars lol. Since moving the few times I’ve eaten McDonald’s and the other times during the week when I have come for my morning coffee I have been treated with a smile and amazing customer service. This says a lot especially since all the workers I’ve come into contact with are young. Great job to management for teaching your workers smiling and being kind goes a long way and great job to the employees for putting in the effort even though it’s a fast food restaurant.“

“I worked a late night tonight and on my way home I decided to stop the McDonald's at this location - 176 and 64. A staff member name Sam served me☺️ I believe she is a manager!

She was 100% from beginning to end. Perfect! In every way I would give that girl a raise and because of Sam I will continue to come to this location. Most people will write a review. Use your negative. They don't take the time to share positive experiences such as today for me. I think it's important that we make that time and I wanted to do this because I know what it's like on the other end. And as I mentioned, that girl deserves a raise Sam. Thank you so much! Because of you, I will tell my friends and I will continue to come to this location. You made my night!
We need more people like her. Also coming in at this time of night cuz I work late. This restaurant was tidy everywhere windows were clean, doors were clean. The parking lot was clean. Clean tables. Clean floor, clean bathrooms and she wasn't just focused on the dryer. See she is very wireless surroundings of her team. Other customers phenomenal people should pay staff more money for the job they do. People need to appreciate it's not just flipping burgers. It's a whole lot more to it. I'm so happy that I went to this location because a lot of the industry customer service is not like it used to be. It's going downhill so I hope that. Sam grows in this industry and spreads her traits because she's just amazing.

“The food here is consistently good, just like other McDonald’s locations. However, many young students can be rude and noisy, which affects the dining experience. Stronger security measures or staff oversight would help create a more pleasant environment for all customers.

“Yesterday night a couple of really rude self entitled elders were giving hell to the poor employee there because they couldn't grab their door dash pick-up, despite showing up 45 minutes after closing time ( the restaurant close an hour before the Walmart, CLEARLY indicated )Despite being filmed by those morons the ladies cleaning up kept their cool and stayed polite with them.Everytime I go there food is all right and so is service, keep up good work guys!“

“I often pass by this McDonald’s branch whenever I do my groceries, and I decided to stop by recently. The branch itself is decent, and the location is convenient right beside Walmart at Guildford Town Centre. It’s a good spot to dine in either before or after shopping, or to grab something for takeout. The staff service was satisfactory, and the atmosphere is comfortable whether you’re eating alone or with a group. The food quality was good and consistent, and the prices were reasonable for what you get“

“I had a really great experience at McDonald’s today. The service was excellent, and everything was handled quickly even though the drive thru was extremely busy. A special thanks to Mehak, the drive thru runner, who was very patient, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. “This is my go to McDonald's, but there were a couple times in the recent months that I had some issues with my order. At the point I got fed up, I called in to actually talk to a manager about a possible training issue as it had been the same oversight again and again. I spoke with Manjinder K, the shift manager on duty at that moment, and was so happy with the kindness and professionalism I was met with. She handled the situation so well, assuring me she'd speak with the staff and ended up giving me part of my order free the next time I go in, for the repeated inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service, you don't see it as often these days. Thanks Manjinder so taking an unpleasant experience and turning it around.“

“The young man at the cash register was welcoming and energetic and listened carefully to my order. He was so polite and very efficient and quick. I don't normally give reviews about McDonald's but I was impressed with the whole thing. From being greeted warmly and then getting my food fast but it was hot ! Not very often do I get super hot fresh fries! The drink station was immaculate! Actually everything was very clean and no sticky, greasy floors. Didn't use the bathroom but after my meal I got an ice cream cone and it was FULL to the bottom of the cone ! 🤯 I will definitely be telling everyone I know what a great McDonald's this is!“

“We recently celebrated our son’s birthday party at this McDonald’s location, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.

A special thanks to Stephanie, the supervisor who organized everything so smoothly. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. From planning to execution, she made sure every single detail was taken care of.

She even managed the decorations beautifully and ensured everything was perfectly arranged.

Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure the kids had an amazing time. She handled everything calmly and professionally, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the celebration.

The kids had a fantastic time, especially in the play area — they didn’t want to leave! 😊

We are truly grateful for the excellent service and warm hospitality.
