I came to this place in a good mood and I wanted to order some ice cream and fries we were short 15 cents and asked if she could spare us she said no but that not the problem we removed a couple items and I showed the mcdoanlds worker a code right in front of her face and she had the audacity to not put it in and started cussing me out absolutely horrible service.
Self serve machines are not working properly, not giving the receipt nor the order number

When staff like Felicity are working, the service can be friendly, speedy, and accurate, with her smiling and helping happily. On the other hand, rushing through the drive-thru can lead to missing items, like extra nuggets or sauce, especially when the menu is changing and not all requests are easily accommodated. Overall, McDonald's remains a convenient choice, but attention to service details could improve the experience.
