I’m honestly extremely frustrated with the customer service at this location. I was here tonight around 11:58 PM, and the employee working the window was incredibly rude. She was literally screaming into the speaker, and when I pulled up to the window, there was no “hi,” no “thank you,” or even a basic acknowledgment of the customer. She simply handed me the food and moved on.

Kylie was great with the kids at the play place on family night. She was patient and friendly with everyone. I’ve always had a pleasant experience here with the staff at the counter as well.
They were 3 people short and yet the manager on duty Friday sept 11 2026 at 7:00pm managed to keep the place clean, staff smiling and orders given to costumers fast and accurately.

When staff like Felicity are working, the service can be friendly, speedy, and accurate, with her smiling and helping happily. On the other hand, rushing through the drive-thru can lead to missing items, like extra nuggets or sauce, especially when the menu is changing and not all requests are easily accommodated. Overall, McDonald's remains a convenient choice, but attention to service details could improve the experience.
