Food was just normal McD food. Service was good. They were fast. We went there for the toddlers play space and the kiddo enjoyed the place. I wish they would have cleaner sprays and paper towels and hand sanitizer in that space there so we could clean kids hands/eating surfaces.

Worst customer service. Drive thru says open 24 hrs but it was closed. I went up to the door to ask the employee she opened the door, instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience she said can't you see ,can't you read.

I went to this location first time. It didn't look inviting. The floors were sticky and even the tables felt sticky. Tables not clean. Employees communicating in their own language. Customers service in Canada gone out of the window since there is one race only in work force who just know being on the phone and speak their own language.Overall not a good experience.

employees have no respect came in and paid for tartar sauce the littlest tiniest amount was in there and also there was small beard HAIR in it went back up too ask them also why there was so less in it the sauce we paid for they dismissed it and said that I have to pay extra for just one tiny bit more. Over sauce? And the hair? You don’t have the courtesy or customer service. Bunch of students working here who have no respect manager has no respect. Clearly they eat hair that’s in their food and enjoy it and expect others too as well.

I live right next to this location but damn the staff needs some training and lessons once i asked a girl if they are hiring she laughed on my face as if i said a joke and said no im not hiringAnd i had to literally stand in line for 5 minutes being alone in store and 4 girls standing and chit chatting and laughing with each other instead of looking for customersStaff has made a joke of this chain
