You apparently can’t change the amount of ice in a drink that you’re paying for. Asked for light ice and the server read out an essay explaining why they cant do that and its McDonalds policy to not change the ice
. How hard is it to remove some ice cubes from a cup. No other location does this but this is the only location I had this terrible experience with.
You guys deserve zero star
Very disappointing service. I’ve been to this location 3–4 times, and every time the wait is extremely long. The staff seem poorly supervised and unorganized, and you often have to keep asking about your order before you finally receive it. Management really needs to improve the service at this location.
