McDonald's in Richmond

“It's near my house. My kids love this place. There's one time some kids were bullying other kids in the playground. I asked the manager to solve it. The manager didn't do anything and just let it be. Ironicly, the janitor did help out the situation. LoL. What else I can say?!“

“Harpreet was the one who took our order, it what made the experience extraordinarily special was her willingness to help us. In fact, we ordered FIFA World Cup meal and there were some difficulties with finding cups, and she went all the way to their back storage to find the cups and make sure we got what we should get with the order. That was an unprecedented and amazing customer service experience I have ever had in MacDonald. Thank you Harpreet, and as long as I am near by, this is the only MacDonald location I would stop by.“

“I had a good experience at McDonald's. The staff were friendly and greeted me politely. My order was prepared quickly, and the food was fresh and tasted good. The restaurant was clean and organized, making it a comfortable place to eat. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would visit McDonald's again.“

“Manpreet K. and Chris you are golden!! We went to McD Ironwoods yesterday June 12/26 at 7pm, to specifically buy McChiken, it was my kid's wish for a special moment. We ordered for all family, and when we got to the pult, they told us they don't have it now, and offered if we could wait 10min to change the oil, and we agreed. We ended up waiting well over 20min, and when food was ready they offered refund for the McChiken only. My mistake was that I thought they were saying they still don't have the McChiken, and I asked for full refund. They were so nice, and polite, and appologized multiple times, and took full responsibility for making us wait so long. We got the refund, and they gave is the rest of the food for free. Still thinking we are without the McChiken, we went to another McD to buy just that burger. When we got home, we found out the first McChiken was in the bag, so we got 2 in total, and realized our mistake. We went back to Ironwoods, and wanted to give them back the refund from before, because it wasn't fair keeping it. However, Manpreet K. and Chris were so lovely and nice, they told us it's fine, they were thankfull for our trip back, we even offered to give back the refund as their tips, but they didn't want to take it, saying the refund is processed and it's fine that we keep it. Again, they kept appologizing for keeping us waiting so long, were so lovely and kind, and the most pleasent people to deal with. McDonalds if you read this review, both of them deserve a raise and promotion, most hard working and honest people, and they should be recognized. I'm attaching receipts for all orders.

“The ordering via a food kiosk can take a bit of time when the system or restaurant is busy and you put in your order code. Offers may come up as expired if it is close to midnight. However, you can make alternatives like add creams and sugars to your coffees, ensure no salt options for fries, remove ice from soft drinks and iced coffee, and more. You also need to watch for mobile app offers only that can be applied at the kiosks.

The good thing is your order number will show up on the order board as it is being processed.

Also, if you're an older person or person with disabilities, the staff will often bring your food to your table even if you haven't requested table service at the onset.“
