“Ordered a medium Orange Guava Smoothie and they ran out of product in the machine. Staff asked me if I wanted to cancel the order or wait a few minutes to reload the machine. I chose the later and a few minutes later they had my smoothie with a free upgrade to a larger size. Now that’s service! Kudos to the staff at the McDonald’s in the Duncan Walmart.“
“Chelsea took our order around 7:30 a.m. and was incredibly sweet, patient, and friendly. She greeted us with a smile and provided excellent customer service. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and this is one of the cleanest McDonald’s locations I’ve visited on the Island. The restaurant was welcoming, well maintained, and made for a great overall experience!“
