“HONESTLY, I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND A MCDONALDS HERE. IT WAS SUPER EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THEY WERE I FULL PRODUCTION. YOU COULD BARELY SEE IT THOUGH ALL THE CONSTRUCTION. I ENDED UP PARKING AT A CONVENIENCE STORE NEARBY SINCE I HAD ORDERED ONLINE AND I WOUKD BE TWO MINUTES BEFORE THE OTHER STORES IN THAT LOT WERE EVEN OPEN ANYWAYS. NOT SURE WHERE THE PARKING IS FOR THIS LOCATION, BUT SINCE IT WAS SO EARLY IT DIDN'T AFFECT ME TOO MUCH“

“Compared to all the others McDonald’s I would like to applaud the staff they are always nice and never get my order wrong despite being super busy during lunch rush they also are fairly quick. So shout out to all the hard working people behind the counter.“

“I wanted to say I have experienced excellent customer service the past 2 times I visited this establishment. A worker named liv goes above and beyond. The first time, she took the time to help me figure out parking using the app, which I really appreciated. On another visit, I watched her assist an elderly woman who didn’t speak much English. She was incredibly patient, and respectful, and she put a smile on the woman’s face.
It’s rare to see someone show that level of genuine care for customers. The food was also excellent and came fast. Thank you I will be back for sure!“

“Man oh man where do I even begin. Mcdonald’s, you guys absolutely cooked making this Mcdonald’s. From my late night runs to get a quick snack, to getting breakfast, or just getting some dinner, this Mcdonald’s at Knight and 57th is a top 5 invention in human history. The workers are so amazing and kind along with the amount of seating that is provided, this Mcdonald’s might genuinely be the best in the whole World. “One of the best McDonald’s visits I’ve had in a while. My order was ready quickly, everything tasted fresh, and the fries were perfectly hot and crispy. The staff greeted customers with a smile and kept things moving efficiently. The restaurant was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. “Don't have expectations for a McDonald's so this place is fine by me.
Staff are are friendly and accommodating. Lot is free but shared with the auto garage across the lot. Free street parking otherwise, where you can find it.
Dining room smaller than before renovation as they separated a section for 3rd-party delivery app pickups.“

“The food was way more expensive here than some of the other locations but the happy meal was good and the service was a little slow, the location was easy to find in the mall. The atmosphere was nothing because it was just a little inside of them all. And there was about a six minute wait time just for our happy meal very disappointing. and we are honest the wait time change my review like a lot because I can't believe I
had to wait six minutes for a happy meal.“

“Incredibly busy today after the soccer game finishes! No place to sit inside and long line up to order. However, will have to give them koodos for getting the order out so quickly!! I was anticipating long wait for food, but it's the regular macDonald fast food speed! Definitely no complaints.“

“I don’t usually come to this location since the area isn’t the safest, especially when I had my child with me. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a touchless door opener, which made things easier and more convenient.

The store itself is small, but it was clean when we visited around 8pm. It's a hot summer evening, and we stopped in for a Vanilla cone. We were really thirsty, so I asked if I could also get a cup of water. The lady at the counter kindly added it to my order for free, and another staff member even asked if I wanted ice with it.

Both ladies were very friendly and served with genuine smiles. Their thoughtfulness and kindness really made the visit enjoyable, and I appreciated the excellent service, hence the 5-star review.“

“My Dining Experienced here at this McDonald's was so great! The food was amazing, freshly cooked, the coffee was newly brewed. The store was so so clean especially the lobby and the washroom.

“The morning crew is kind and quick. Food was fresh and served with a smile!

Late night mobile orders are accepted 24 hours and the products are served with care. Heads up that you have to pick up through a little pickup window because all of the doors will be locked.“

“This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. A crew member named Faye noticed that my order was taking longer than expected, and without me even asking, she gave me a medium fries while I waited. I was also picking up my order on a scooter, and she thoughtfully packed everything in a bag with handles so it would be much easier for me to carry. She was so kind and attentive. Her managers are lucky to have someone like her on the team.“

“I had a great experience at this McD location. The food was fresh and very tasty. I needed some customization with my chicken burger, and the manager, Simran, helped me out—she was exceptionally professional. The floor was spotless, which made the place feel very clean and well maintained.

The order taker was polite, and the service was fast. I also noticed the crew promptly changing the garbage bin when it became full, which shows they really care about cleanliness. Everyone on the team was smiling and welcoming.

“I often attend this restaurant on a Saturday or Sunday morning for breakfast. The one thing I will say about this location is the staff are incredible. I often order the same thing every time because the food here is exactly what I am looking for. The Mighty McMuffin is next level. I have a bit of a walk so I ask the staff to make me a fresh hashbrown. They always do it without question. So when I get home I have great tasting McMuffin and amazing hashbrowns. I have noticed that no matter how busy it is, the staff here are friendly and professional. While I do not like Granville Street, I will always attend this restaurant due to the great food and incredible staff. Great service.
Please note I saw some of the reviews commenting about the smell. When I attended I did not have negative smell. The restaurant is clean behind the counter and the staff are amazing. They also have security present when ever I have attended. Completely safe and amazingly prepared food.“

“Just wanted to say that the guy taking the drive through order spoke very clearly, talked at a normal pace and annunciated very well. He was also very polite. Could here him clearly through the intercom and he properly acknowledged me at the window(many workers just hand you the machine without a word) Same with the girl at the last window, both were excellent and not the norm in fast food these days.
At 1pm on a Saturday so hopefully these workers get some kudos.
Also, no, they were not white.“

“I had such a lovely experience today! I was a bit confused about the menu, but a girl with red glasses named Aya helped me so much. I didn’t even know McDonald’s had the McVeggie, and as a vegetarian that made my day.

“The service is usually good, cashiers might get confused from time to time but it never causes delays. The food is really good but sometimes feels pricey. The restaurant itself is a little dirty even though its being cleaning very often.

I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and they gave me the entire wrong meal :(. This is such a disappointment, especially since you didn’t even give me a receipt.“

“Someone picked up our order and left (I'd like to think by mistake) which means we waited for 20 minutes for food that never came with a very hangry kid. When we figured out what has happened the cashier was super helpful about it - she made sure our order got remade quickly and brought the food to our table with an apology and an extra apple pie, all of this while the place was packed during lunch hour rush. Mistakes happen, and this wasn't even the staff's fault, but the way this lovely girl resolved the situation was just fantastic and very professional.“
