“When dealing with Rose, there are no problems.It’s our favourite McDonald’s. The younger people are just careless or don’t know how to read. We just got back home and discovered 1 Big Mac meal missing but the drink was there and one of 3 McDoubles was missing. Because we had 2 coupons, for the Big Macs we were billed separately. Looks like the order was in 2 bags but we only got one of the bags. Also, note other people were waiting in cubicle number 1 and got the wrong order. Lots of confusion!It seems every time something is missing.Also, they rarely give you your receipt so I have no proof of the mistake. “I do not order from McDonalds often. Only when I am in a pinch with my 3 year old who needs to eat right away when we're abroad! So I appreciated the sales person answering all of my questions. And the food came out super fast. Little man gobbled it up with no complaints. I like the restaurant now lets you do milk and fruit to sub the fries and sodas.“
“Small cafe, very pleasant service, quickly ordered coffee and chicken hamburger, muffins. It's very tasty and positive. The downsides are dirty tables and floors, a lot of garbage and an overflowing trash can right next to the tables, which was not very pleasant. We wiped our own table and sat for quite a long time. At the end of our meeting, workers came and removed everything from the trash can. We may have stopped by during their lunch hour, let's try again. But the kitchen itself was clean and the workers were in clean clothes. We'll come back again, maybe it will be cleaner. In any case, thank you, there was nothing stopping us from sitting and talking over coffee.“
“McD's fries are one of our favorite orders from among all the Fast-food chains out there. Coffee was also available and you can opt to get it with your meal. Surprisingly the BBQ dip for the fries is good, i asked for more and brushed it on ribs i had left and boom instant hack. ? The bbq chicken sandwich was also good. BTW don't forget to have the code scanned, if you have an app as it gets you deals and points.“
“Been here a couple of times. The soda machine and countertop was a bit wet and dirty from the splashing of the soda. Food was prepared fresh as I got lucky and they had nobody before me. Customer service was good, except my code for 2 can dine didn't work the first time and the manager scanned his to provide me the discount (but he would end up with the points...) so I had to separately enter my points through the receipt again. So I wonder if he did it on purpose rather than try to scan my code again.“
“What can you say about a drive-thru McDonald's at 1:00 am for a couple of medium fries and a chai frappuccino?I thought the fries were just fine ... My friend thought they were too cold and he wasn't impressed with his drink.If I had any issue at all it's that you can't tell if the place is open or closed. For sure the restaurant part is closed. The inside is dimly lit. The entrance to the drive-thru is kind of lit but as you follow it'sn arrow path around the back of the building it gets pitch black... like the entrance to a horror theme park. I was about to drive out and I heard a voice coming from the sign I had passed. Backed up and tried to order but the sound was interrupting intermittently and they asked me to pull up to the cashier to order.The cashier was accommodating while trying to describe the difference between a whipped frappuccino and a chai frappuccino“
“I came here with my family visiting me in Vancouver. My uncle accidentally lost a phone here. When we came back and ask the staff, they gave us the lost phone back. Thank you guys so much! We offered to tip, but the staff refused us. Very friend staff and great experience. We appreciate the hospitality here.“

“Its usually hard to find parking near this location, as it's on Broadway near Cambie - where construction is currently going on (Dec 2023) - but if you are on foot, very easy to access and get service.Very small location, so there is limited seating. If you want to sit down, be sure to arrive during a non busy time or you will be left standing.“

JASPER who took my order was MOST patient, kind, diligent and careful to ensure that my daughter who is lactose intolerant would be given the correct food. My order was not straightforward as I asked to skip all sauces and to get extra lettuce and tomatoes in our grilled chicken wraps. Given the location and the smaller size of this restaurant I am amazed that the staff is always friendly even when it’s exceptionally busy. “Fries done perfectly (alot to ask i know) which is something that should be mentioned because 75% of all Mc D's in vancouver have dropped all but the lowest of standards it seems. Space is probably the most cramped / claustrophobic and hovers between needing a wipe down and passable.“

“Spicy Habanero McChicken 9.88/10- this is the best thing McDonald has it's SO good. The habanero sauce is so much better than the mayo found in the regular McChicken. They don't put a lot of sauce but I like it as it doesn't overpower the seasoned chicken and adds the perfect hint of creaminess and spice. The toasted sesame bun also adds so much flavor. Literally so good that we have ended up at McDonalds 3 times now. For a 24/7 McDonald's, their service and quality is also great. Fries 10/10- literally the best fries Skor McFlurry 8.97/10- this was absolutely delicious. Skor is a popular chocolate in Canada that has thin butter toffee covered in milk chocolate. I'm not a huge toffee fan but this was so good and we got it in a snowstorm. It was also even better when the McFlurry was a little melted. I really like the crunchy texture as well. It's quite similar to Heath but the toffee isn't as buttery and there's more chocolate which I prefer Poutine 8.78/10- the McDonald's fries with poutine is so unmatched. Tbh the gravy is a bit salty but it could be from the fries.. they also put so many cheese curds on it that basically every bite has cheese McDonald's Canada is actually so good, we've gone too many times their service is immaculate especially for a 24/7 dine in“
“At first I thought they skipped my order but the I noticed alot of the orders were only 1 or 2 items, where I had ordered a meal.. so I didn't mind the wait.. plus I think I got a fresh order of fries.. they were still very hot ? ? ? ? ? Seems like they're stepped up their game at this spot.. “Let's face it no one comes to McDonald's for outstanding food. We come here because it's FAST and as much as I would like to say inexpensive, that is no longer true (for the most part). The service was great, the gentleman at the counter was literally running to take orders and go to the back (kudos sir). The food was typical McDonald's. We ate inside the tables were gross, but once again McDonald's....what do you really expect here? Lots of parking as we came in late. The only issue I have is the people in the front parking lot of the entrance openly smoking drugs from a pipe. But I guess we can thank the city for that (guess this would fall under a different review lol). 4 stars for the service!“
“I'd like to give a big shoutout to an Asian employee, who may also be one of the managers. We left our child's ice skating gear here on Tuesday and only realized it on Friday. When I came in to ask about it, the other two supposed managers glanced around casually and said they hadn't seen it. I wanted to review the security camera footage, but the male employee said he was busy and suggested I come back in an hour. After waiting for an hour or two, I approached an Asian female employee, maybe she is one of the managers too, she checked in the back and found it under a table for me. I'm incredibly grateful to this Asian employee! I forgot to check her name, but I really appreciate!“

The manager that helped me was the most polite and helpful lady I have dealt with and probably one of my favourite interactions with someone working a customer service role. I hope she is being treated as well as she is treating her customers. She definitely made my night. “Came in an order and I was greeted with a warm welcome. I ordered the new McDonald’s item Bacon Hot Honey McCripsy and caramel sundae. The order was quick to make but, when I tried it at work there was no bacon! I must say for forgetting the bacon the caramel sundae at this location was the best I’ve had yet with the perfect mixture of caramel. Overall the new Hot Honey McCripsy is definitely worth a try but I would’ve loved for the bacon.“
