It wasn't busy at lunch on a Saturday, but staff seemed undertrained and a bit confused. One woman left the counter without her food, it was taking a long time and she had a bus to catch.We enjoyed our snack, when the food was finally ready it was hot and good quality.If the staff were in training, I completely understand.
They poured a very special cup of espresso in hope that it will help my mother (in hospital with kidney failure). I'm most grateful to the young lady who looked to be possibly from Philippines and the Asian young man (8:20 am on 3 Nov 2023).

Came in an order and I was greeted with a warm welcome. I ordered the new McDonald’s item Bacon Hot Honey McCripsy and caramel sundae. The order was quick to make but, when I tried it at work there was no bacon! I must say for forgetting the bacon the caramel sundae at this location was the best I’ve had yet with the perfect mixture of caramel. Overall the new Hot Honey McCripsy is definitely worth a try but I would’ve loved for the bacon.
