Awful customer service. Employees don’t understand English…STAFF ARE NOT USING the orders screen. They are removing the order from the screen so people can’t understand when it’s ready for pick up. When an order is ready, staff are yelling like crazy. It’s so stupid and ridiculous. They are probably doing this to maintain proper timing for orders in their system, which is INTERNAL OPERATIONS FRAUD! This is the worst experience. I got the burger and the two buns are upside down as you can see in picture. They start charging sauce for dipping sauce when they never did before.Restaurant was so dirty. Coffee spill on floor no one cleans. Employee not friendly. Tables are all oily. Washroom dirty.

The worst experience for taking a skip order at drive thru. The pick-up order time was 3:50 am but I was waiting till 3:58 and when i said to staff for make the order they said don't bother us if want you cancel the order, what the hell is this and there was a lady she look like aunty I don't know about her age or name but she is very rude, I think you have to find a replacement for her.
