When dealing with Rose, there are no problems.It’s our favourite McDonald’s. The younger people are just careless or don’t know how to read. We just got back home and discovered 1 Big Mac meal missing but the drink was there and one of 3 McDoubles was missing. Because we had 2 coupons, for the Big Macs we were billed separately. Regrettably most staff are not committed to their job. Could be management is too lax in quality control of staff and food.Staffs commonly seen busy with their handphone while they are supposed to be busy working. Except for few matured genuine hardworking staff, most are just plain lazy. They are there because they couldn't find a better job. Sad to see such attitudes.

The consistency at this location varies greatly. Sometimes it's great service, clean, and organized. Other times it's chaotic, dirty, condiments are unavailable, staff are not helpful. The washrooms feel like you're at a location in the DTES.UPDATE: Still not much change but definitely deterred from ordering from this location going forward. Will likely order from other nearby locations for future orders
