I wanted to say I have experienced excellent customer service the past 2 times I visited this establishment. A worker named liv goes above and beyond. The first time, she took the time to help me figure out parking using the app, which I really appreciated. On another visit, I watched her assist an elderly woman who didn’t speak much English. She was incredibly patient, and respectful, and she put a smile on the woman’s face.

The food is quite underwhelming and it doesn’t help that there’s homeless people inside and outside of the establishment
