The only service one needs at McDonald's is counter service ordering food... the first face and human you meet. We live in the neighborhood so we've been here over 40+years... have never had a sad and unwelcoming face there... until today. Most female staff have been welcoming and cheerful, at least courteous with a smile. That's the basic courtesy for business. This guy has a straight face without smile and a demeanor that tells you you're interrupting him, uttereda few words that asked for what you want. This greets you in the morning when you go there for breakfast!!! It's very unpleasant. We noted he didn't talk with his coworkers like that. But Nicholas was hired to serve the public who pay for his service and food. At least represent our nice and friendly neighborhood! If you don't want to serve anyone... go back home. No need to take it out on your customers.

They might as well not bother having a wifi network in their locations, it does NOT work when you need it to. For example, I had to walk to the liquor store and use their wifi to complete my order. And yet, I am able to use Google maps JUST fine.

Been here a couple of times. The soda machine and countertop was a bit wet and dirty from the splashing of the soda. Food was prepared fresh as I got lucky and they had nobody before me. Customer service was good, except my code for 2 can dine didn't work the first time and the manager scanned his to provide me the discount (but he would end up with the points...) so I had to separately enter my points through the receipt again. So I wonder if he did it on purpose rather than try to scan my code again.

These crooks sneak in a bag fee without telling you. Pretty shady business practice. I don't care when you implement it when asking someone if they want a bag they should understand that they then are agreeing to a charge. When I complained they just shrugged. Great customer service
