I just ordered a meal through online app and the staff was very kind! I hope that they know that their kindness is much appreciated: especially in this area where sometimes I know that it can be tough
I give it 3 stars because it's a block away from my house; however, it's not open 24 hours like Tim Horton's is across the street. Also, there's always people asking if you can buy them something which is kind of irritating. Sometimes I'll buy someone a cheeseburger if I'm feeling generous but I don't carry cash or change on me so I've never got anything for them.
The morning crew is kind and quick. Food was fresh and served with a smile!
Late night mobile orders are accepted 24 hours and the products are served with care. Heads up that you have to pick up through a little pickup window because all of the doors will be locked.

Although there are no chairs or tables and no bathroom for customers, the restaurant has improved its quality control, serving hot and fresh food, such as their signature fries. Despite occasional waits, the staff remains helpful and accommodating, often putting up with a lot while still maintaining smiles. However, some customers feel that the place needs better control over non-paying visitors, raising concerns about safety, especially for kids. The staff is gracious, but some reviews mention that the food quality, particularly the Filet-O-Fish, can be inconsistent. Overall, it is wheelchair accessible, but customers have mixed feelings about the service at this location.
