I was told I couldn't get a bag because I didn't pay for it. It was right on my receipt. Their manager kept saying I hadn't and that she didn't care. I asked for her name, which her and all of her coworkers refused to give. How do I complain about a workers professionalism if I can't mention them by name to a company that employs millions.The 30 something female manager that wears glasses needs a refresher customer service course.

Best experience ever had great customer service love
The service is so bad, the restaurant is super messy, and the staff pick up the fries from the counter and put them in fries packages. I am not recommending it at all, and I report it to the health and safety food department. Also, I asked for large fries, but as you can see in the picture, they gave me medium fries in a large box.

At first I thought they skipped my order but the I noticed alot of the orders were only 1 or 2 items, where I had ordered a meal.. so I didn't mind the wait.. plus I think I got a fresh order of fries.. they were still very hot ? ? ? ? ? Seems like they're stepped up their game at this spot.. I remember a few times when I got my food, it didn't even seem like anyone cares for quality control.. made me not even bother even thinking about stopping by any of their restaurants.. not if it was my choice anyway.
