McDonald's in Nanaimo

“Just had a great experience with the staff at this McDonald's! I made there life super hard today with a complex order for 13 people. And they treated me amazing and the food was great! Many years ago I left a 2* rating here but it seems life this store has done a great job! Thank you so much for taking care of me!“

“One of the better McDonald's visits. First time at this one. Everything was pretty good. Which does happen about 7 percent of the time at other McDonald's. Think I got lucky but maybe they care. I will definitely go back and test my luck“

“The staff at this McDonalds are some of the most kind and understanding workers I've interacted with at a fast food restaurant. They also were able to get through orders very quickly. The interior of the resteraunt is very clean and tidy. Definitely an above average McDonalds location.“

“This location is like gambling, you never know if your experience will be bad or good unless you try the food. I became a regular at this location and as soon as they knew my regular order the quality seemed to improve. 4/5 stars because they tell everyone the ice cream machine doesn't work past 10pm everyday.“

“I haven’t had the best experience with this McDonald’s in the past but I gotta say today the worker Gabe was a real class act. I came in at night and had a problem with my order and he was extremely polite and corrected it immediately and made sure my order was correct. This is the kind of behavior that everyone working there should strive for.“

The people outside aren't the ones Inside serving you so no big deal if you see a homeless person. They like food too.

The drive thru teen running back booth did a great job. He even greeted us with hands up service as soon as i pulled up.
He used the word supersized when asking if we wanted to large size, I honestly squeeled with joy. They parked us because it was a large group order and still had everything made within the 'serve it' time.
