I'm a regular at this McDonald's for my morning coffee before work. Even if my usual McCafe choice isn't available, Veneeta at the drive-thru always greets me with a warm smile, offers great alternatives, and her friendly demeanor brightens my day.
I just went through the Guildford location drive through during the busy lunch hour rush and Veneeta was so patient and kind with my order! I had to pick up food for my best friend’s kids and she made sure everything was at the right price and customized. Such a wonderful and refreshing customer service experience that you don’t see often in the fast food industry!
