That’s my second time I been ordering hot chocolate from this place and they don’t know how to make it the only thing I can taste is the milk I don’t not recommend buying hot chocolate from this place and sometimes worker there are rude it’s like we are getting the food or drinks for free we paying a lot of money when we order food they should be nice and respectful to the customers I wonder why they have 3.2 star

This McDonald’s has to be the worst one I have stepped foot in . The tables are always nasty ? looking with stains and always dirty . The drink station counter top is always dirty and also half the time doesn’t work and the drinks are flat.Most disgusting part was the washroom with the kids change table . I came here back to back. First day I told the lady at the front the washroom is dirty and poop on the change table I walked right out . Came in he next day still nasty and the same stains on the table .I thought maybe I came at a busy time but no . The team doesn’t make any effort to keep area clean . Will avoid this place now for ever .

I am intrigued by the operational strategies employed by this restaurant to sustain its business despite the subpar quality of their food. It piques my interest to understand their sales tactics and how they manage to maintain their operations. The fries lack the desired crispiness, and the burgers emit an unpleasant odor.Ps. Order large fries but they served just big red fries box and there were medium size amount fries. If I can, i wanna request fee for disposing of the box.

Went trough the drive thru, ordered my meal, and the lady up sold the 2 blueberry pie...her voice was cheerful, really friendly tone, got everything right at the first time. So I had to ask for her name when I got the the window, Veneeta (hope I'm spelling it right!) Great, great customer service, made my lunch and day so much better after a dreary doctor's appointment.
