We’ve waited in the line for 32 minutes so far. This is ridiculous! They don’t acknowledge it at all either - the actual service when you get to the window is non-existent. Wow. Just wow. What happened to service at Tim Hortons? I’m not sure how it is elsewhere at the moment, but we’ve tried 3 separate Timmies in Chilliwack in the past week and have been disappointed each time. DON’T waste your time.
I went in to this location on my lunch break from work at 5:30 to have a staff member losing it in the front of the store about another staff not showing up and being late and how she is going to tell her how to get out if she shows up....im sorry but I was there to spend money not deal with and hear about your issues! If you have a problem you talk about it in the back not infront of a store full of paying customers! Your lucky I was working or I would have said something but...read full review
