Amazing customer service when faced with bad delivery drivers from door dash. Should have been door dash’s problem but they stepped up to ensure I was satisfied anyway. Kudos to the whole staff
Typically I have loved and appreciated the great service from this Sooke Road location. But upon trying to order online, having my debit visa denied because it doesn’t take interact(?) and seeing no option or write up as to ; not accepting visa-debits and why you cannot have delivery and pay at door (which seems odd in 2023, when there is useful clover machines etc for interact/credit payments if a company really doesn’t want portable machines)I attempted to call after being...read full review

Service was excellent, workers are always very polite at the one I go to in Colwood. Their Italien Cheesy Bread is AWESOME!! Go for that and a Detroit deep dish 3 meat! Can't go wrong with that!!
