50 Best Pizza Restaurants near Colwood

“what a great place for food and great servicr“

“Placed an order through Uber eats. Little Caesars was very timely. The order was delivered within 15 to 20 minutes for some reason the defies my logic the Uber eats driver thought it would make sense to put the pizzas upright in his car before he delivered them when we opened the box All of the toppings were in one giant congealed mess at the one end of the box. I filed a complaint through Uber eats about the driver. I contacted Little Caesars to let them know the issue, even though it was completely not their fault they still remade the pizzas For us to pick up personally, considering it was completely the fault of the Uber eats driver It is very appreciated that they were willing to do that when it wasn't their fault.“

“Great pizza and fast service I come all the time when I’m on break at work and never get tired of it 👍“

“Absolutely fantastic joint, except recently the music has been a bit repetitive. Im not sure what changed because it used to be a highlight for me. It feels aimed at first time customers more
than regulars. Otherwise one of the best places to go on the island!!“

The lady working there even brought it out to my car for me, which I really appreciated. Great food and excellent service — I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!“

“late night eatz! with thanks“

“The name makes it look like that, but it's what it is, and the taste is pretty darn good. Handmade, wood-fired, and fresh ingredients. The time and effort put into the food shows, and the flavours, are just amazing. It can take time, so don't be upset if it does, but it is worth the time.“

“In the city for the weekend and kids wanted some pizza. Love checking out small mom and pop shops as they always impress. Picked up some pizza to go, and it was a huge hit! Will keep in my pizza roster for when I return. 🍕“

“Dominoes is a bit of a guilty pleasure and I’m not ashamed to admit it. This isn’t Naples but that’s not what I come for. The food is always hot, the crusts are lovely and thin and the pizza is tasty and the quality is perfectly consistent. I’ll keep coming back.“

“Decided to try the lunch deal because they were close to my work. Incredibly friendly staff, accommodated me when I was having card troubles one day. Delicious pizza always fresh. 6.99 for 2 very large slices by todays standards and that includes a drink. Would pay 10 just for the quality of the experience. Young man that works there every day during lunch hour is one of the nicest people I’ve come across since moving back to island. Please support this business!“

“The pizza and bread bites were somehow hotter and fresher than if I were to make them at home. The order was right on time, and Rafael went above and beyond delivering in the pouring rain. Best experience I've ever had with Domino's, for sure. Keep up the great work.“

“It's a restaurant and a cafe in one. It's right on the ocean so there's great views. The food seemed uninspired, the chowder was watery but I think I would give them another chance. Chance. The pizza was fairly good and they have a forno oven that makes delicious crust. Good selection of mocktails and a delicious.“

“Food is always delicious and staff and atmosphere warm and welcoming.“

“I had an amazing experience at Pizza Pizza on Cook Street! I ordered the Tandoori Paneer Pizza, and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the toppings were fresh and generous, and every bite was delicious. I’ve tried pizza from many places, but this one really stood out.

A special thank you to Mehak, who made and served my pizza. Her customer service was truly outstanding. She was welcoming, friendly, professional, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work, and it definitely made my visit even better.“

“I like how high tech they are. Pizza’s great too.“

“Great staff, great food but hard to find... so I'll call this place a hidden gem.

The address of this place is on Douglas Street but it's actually located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel which is situated between Penwill St, Burdett Ave and Humboldt St .. super confusing.

I walked in and ordered two pizzas from Kip, who is a shining star at this location. Very friendly, wildly humorous and great at his game as he talked me in to a couple of beers while I waited for my pizzas. It was last call and the place was just shutting down but he never made me feel rushed and overall, it was the customer service that would bring me back if I'm ever back in town.“

“Gurwinder, You handle customers with such kindness and energy, and it’s clear you truly care about your work. People may come for the pizza, but great employees like you are what make them want to come back. Keep shining — you’re doing an amazing job!“

“Great food, great service! I tried pasta, just had a craving and it was perfect! Next time I’ll try a pizza. our server was great! I wish I got the name so I could let management know they did a wonderful job, prompt, friendly, and the perfect timing/amount of check ins with our table! Will be back!“

“Such a VIBE! Cutest restaurant in Victoria! Loved the seating and decor. So many good Pizza options. Had a party of 9 and everyone could pick what pizza they wanted. Came with complementary sauces like garlic and jalapenos mayo. Also has washroom.“

“CALZONE ‼️👅💦 deeeeeeeelicious“

“Just ate maybe the best pizza I’ve ever had! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thin crispy crust! Tons of mozzarella! Yummy pesto sauce! They did half Hothouse special and half Greek and they kindly added lots of artichoke hearts instead of black olives 🙂 By the time we strolled over, it was ready! Great friendly service! Perfect! 😋🤗❤️🍕“

“Douglas St Domino's nailed the cook on their GF pizzas, fully sliced it (many are poorly cut and don't separate), and evenly distributed all toppings. Many locations don't do all. Every staff member was also very courteous and friendly. Our experience was fantastic!“

“Tasty and I like the choice of sauce.“

“The Bay street location is by far the best Dominos in the city of Victoria. The food and the staff are second to none. Cheers.........Scarlett“

“Absolutely amazing pizza! 🍕🔥
The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, toppings were fresh and full of flavor, and the cheese was perfectly melty.

What really made the experience even better was the staff. They were super friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly and professionally. You can tell they really care about customer service and making sure orders are perfect. Highly recommend!“

“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE+1(8O5)-41O 5OO2 NO NONSENSE AND GREAT ASSISTANCE!!!“

“I am from Calgary but work in Victoria quite frequently. Everytime i come to Vic i order a donair from here as it so tasty and amazingly priced. Today i decided to try the pizza. Again great pizza and an amazing Price. Last week i was up island and paid almost $70 for 2 pizza which was good but i have to say this Pizza is just as good and for Half the price. Highly recommend this place.“

“Service was polite, and efficient.
Atmosphere, your typical pizza joint.
The food?
Typically I stop in going a to b. Just impulse. But thinking back, I don't remember a slice I've gotten that lasted more than 5 minutes. Just delicious...
This afternoon, I grabbed one of their calzones...
I couldn't finish it... 🤤🤯 It was insanely good, and basically a meal... For like $7? Blew me away. Every bite... The sauce, the crust, the ingredients... Someone took their time to perfect this masterpiece.

Give them your money. All you'll get is smiles. And maybe a food-coma.“

“August 14, 2023-always ordered from here for their calzone. I loved it cause it had parmasean cheese onto. They changed it to no cheese onto just recently. Not a fan“

“Okay this is my first time leaving a review this place is really amazing and I'm not just saying that the staff and the manager are great the food is pretty damn good specially the donors cuz usually I go for the pizzas cuz their pizzas are phenomenal and whatever you guys ask for they do it up for you I've been with the gorge one for 6 plus years off and on and now I'm at the quadra Street and the staff is really nice there too. I think a lot of people should try out this place the one on quadra Street and Gorge and you're really get bang for your buck I noticed even their pastas really good too and they have delivery or you can go pick it up and they have pretty good prices too. Well I hope everybody has a wonderful day or at least try to.“

“We celebrated a friend’s birthday tonight at Glo Restaurant + Lounge, and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible. The presentation, the flavors… just yum. You can truly tell how much care and effort goes into every dish. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. The service made the night even more special. The seater/greeter was so warm and welcoming right from the start. Our server, Kaitlyn, was amazing in every way. Super polite and fun, yet still professional and perfectly attentive without being overbearing (which we really appreciated!). The bartender was SO sweet as well. Thank you for the little details that made a difference. For the paper napkins (cloth ones give me the ick!), for happily substituting my mashed potatoes for a salad, and for delivering such genuinely great customer service all around. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will absolutely be back!“

“Great food and service. Highly recommend!“

“Great people working here!“

“I came in tonight and was greeted by the most lovely woman working named Precious. She was so lovely and had amazing customer service!! She made such a good pizza and was such a bright light! She deserves a raise with that level of customer service and kindness!! Especially when you go in at 11pm at night and are greeted with a smile. Precious is a a queen and she slays !“

“Great people working here!“

“One of the best Pakistani restaurants I've visited. The food is authentic, delicious, and completely halal. The portion sizes are very generous, and the quality of the food is top-notch. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a great ambiance. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to family and friends.“

“Well! We were just introduced to Cosmos Friday evening and all I can say is it wont be the last!
Two nights later another phenomenal meal!
Very clean environment, Great service, and THICK food. Great prices, especially for what you are getting. Sorry other pizza places, you have been out numbered in this household!
Wr ordered extra for cause its so good you wanna have leftovers,.but I dont know if they'll make it! 🤤🤤🤤

Great job guys, thank you for the excellent food!! 🫶🙌“

“We ordered online for pickup and when I arrived multiple staff greeted me. The person who took my payment was friendly and efficient and on seeing I was struggling to carry everything, immediately began to help and carried my order out to the car in the pouring rain. I never expect much service-wise at fast food type establishments, and it really surprised me (enough to leave a review which I’ve never done for a fast food type place). The pizza was really good too and we very much appreciate the many great vegan options!“

“Always the best pizza. They are a little more than some places but if you want real pizza you come here. If you want cheap crap you can choose between tons of different places 🤣“
