“Finding a gluten free breakfast on the go is always difficult, but in airports it’s next to impossible. On The Fly has the most delightful gluten free spanakopitas though and I was shocked! They also have oat and almond milk for drinks and they are so kind and genuinely happy. Made for a very happy celiac :) thank you.”

“Brian and Alex out did themselves! Ordered a cake, macarons and gluten free brownies and they were all a knock out success at our wedding. We had people stuffing take out containers with as many goodies as possible trying as many flavours as possible. People guarded these sweet treasures with their lives. I have ordered and stoped in multiple times and no matter what I get I am never disappointed. The cake surpassed my wildest thoughts, it was spectacular and fit into my wedding perfectly. Every aspect of the cake was delicious the icing, filling and cake just spectacular. My family and friends are just itching to have another special event to have an excuse to have some more of these incredible desserts. Brian and Alex you have gifts and are just incredible, thank you.”

“I would like to give a Huge shout out for the Guthrie rd Comox lo action of Subway. I buy a lot of subway subs all around as I work and travel but the Comox location on Guthrie road is hands down the very best Subway I could ever find and I go out of my way and plan ahead just to have a Sub sandwich made by them. They make very clearly the best subs sandwiches I can find! Nit just the most fillings, but that is true. They also make the very nicest made and best laid out subs I could ask for. I have been buying Subway subs for at least 30yrs now and the Comox location is absolutely stellar! Happy people making the very nicest and best subs I have ever had, hands down! Try them out. I guarantee they will make you happy and make you a super good sub sandwich that can be eaten happily and cleanly and simply enjoyed. I have been saying this for some time now and tonight's turkey breast sub is proof positive! Sandwich artists They are and the mood and atmosphere is always happy ajd joyful. Please give all these people a raise, they definitely deserve recognition and applause!”

“In 1984 we watched the Griffin Pub being built. Over the years we have always dropped in and enjoyed their fish and chips. It is best described as a warm cozy place that sort of feels like your home. Friendly people and great food. I had the potato leak soup and fish and chips. It can get very busy for lunch so remember it opens at 11:00 AM. Thanks for all the years of great service.”

“Always been a fan of Panago Pizza. They always have great menu options and the least greasy pizza of the fast food places. Been to several paragons in BC and AB and they never disappoint.”

“It's my daily routine for coffee and a bagel. I usually go via the drive-thru and so know some of the staff by name. Rob and Issac are the usual suspects - they're so friendly and helpful.”

“The flavors were absolutely authentic and robust. The biryani was fragrant with perfectly cooked rice and prawns, and the tikka masala sauce was so good we didn't waste a drop. Portions are generous and great value for money.

Will be dining in person next time to experience the full atmosphere. 100% recommend giving this place a try!”
