Muriel at the Pickled Carrot catered our wedding at Filberg Park in Comox in August, 2022. Muriel's chef, Steve, was also present. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. Muriel worked with us closely around our dietary needs and preferences. She made the planning worry-free. We, and our guests enjoyed the food entirely. It was presented beautifully, and it was delicious. Muriel was flexible about a couple of last minute adjustments, too. Mac in Courtenay.

We picked Pickled Carrot to cater a recent function for 45 people. The food and service was great. The Smoked Brisket was a hit. If there was any complaint it is that there was too much food :). Lots of groans from over eating that delicious dinner. Thanks for everything Muriel
