Lovely young lady on the phone, very pleasant.Had the dinner for 3, supposed to come with deep fried prawns, got deep fried chicken (tough and greasy!) and gravy. Mistake on their part, yes, but so much grease! I imagine the prawns would have been the same. The rest was mediocre at best.Disappointed and don't t recommend.

The food is always delicious and staff are very friendly. Tonight my partner and I arrived about the time they opened this evening. I popped in to place the order, and it was fresh and ready within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.I often feel awful after eating Chinese food from other restaurants, but I am always okay after Wenjie dinners.

We are mostly satisfied, but tonight was so awful that we will never go back!!!!. We ordered our usual. house chow mein, almond chicken, and ginger beef. The chow mein did not have any veg, the almond chicken was greasy and gravy was watery, and the ginger beef seemed all batter and honey; hard and where was the beef!?!?!

Gotta love paying for delivery only for them to mess the whole order up and then have sub par Chinese food. I heard great things.... sadly this experience was not.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. They seemed bothered by taking my order then got it wrong.

The worst so called Chinese food I have had. Deep fried chicken overcooked. Beef tomato rice to sweet, war wonton vegetables hard as rock. Black bean chop suey, where are the beans. Delivery charge $20. So all in all a total waste of money. Never again. East Kitchenfar superior and cheaper.
The eggrolls were not thoroughly cooked throughout. Also, it was very oil saturated. 1st outside layer very crispy, then soggy.

Take out was terrible. The veggie chop suey was a plate of broccoli. Had to hunt for the couple of small slices of carrot and a couple of mushrooms. The fried rice was rice with soya sauce. Had to hunt for anything else. Saw two peas on my plate and a couple of tiny pieces of pork. Will not order from there again !

I ordered a meal last night just for myself, and paid just over $17. Within an hour of eating my meal I ended up horribly ill. I spent the whole night up sick and throwing up. I wondered if it was properly cooked or not. Either way I will never order food from there ever again, and I do not recommend it for others.

Food was poorly made, overcooked but fairly flavourful.Vegetarian options: I suspect they were heated up not freshly made.

I don't understand how this restaraunt gets the reviews it does. This was my second attempt and the most recent meal somehow beat out my last attempt which was the worst chinese food I've ever had. They have a great website but nothing you order is going to resemble the pictures.Ginger beef was not identifiable as such and was so sweet it was gross. Sweet and sour chicken had no moisture to it like the chicken had been roasted till it was dried out completely then battered . The beef and broccoli was passable at a food court level. Even the steamed rice was neither hot nor moist. Spring rolls were greasy and barely warm having been batch cooked and sat. Filling was bland and consisted of carrot and cabbage .Theirs no attempt at traditional Chinese technique here.I don't know. Maybe I hit two bad nights and ordered their worst items butSuch a let down.
