Had their hainanese chicken on rice recently and was 90% sure they zapped it in the microwave before serving. I was the only diner there besides another another lady who was eating her noodles and even heard the hum of the microwave shortly after placing my order. Rice tasted days old and the chicken was dry and rubbery and tasted exactly like microwave-reheated chicken.
