I’ve been coming to and ordering from this Cactus Club location for years without any issues. Today, we ordered takeout, and one of our items was missing. When I called the restaurant, the manager, Giovanni, was incredibly accommodating and apologetic. We were missing an add-on item for our steak dinner, and he immediately offered us several options to make it right. We decided to take him up on his offer to replace the entire steak dinner (not just the missing prawns), and...
