Horrible service , bad customer service !

Not recommended.
Ordered the Osmanthus Oolong Tea and asked the staff for recommendations with add-ons. She suggested adding cream so I went with it. Like the previous reviewer said, there was no taste of osmanthus (or any tea flavours!) at all. The beverage tasted like cream with water.
The bubbles were chewy and tasty though, but were not enough to save the beverage.
For this price, I believe any other boba store in the area will do better.

Tea with really good taste. Very nice staffs with speedy services. Highly recommended!

Preferred milk is sugar-free
The pearl itself has a sweet taste and you can drink it with the aroma of tea.

I'm worried because the lid of the hot drink doesn't fit properly, and the drink will spill out if you hold it tightly...

Not sure if I didn’t get the right drink but I got the Osmanthus Oolong Tea with oat milk and 30% sweet. It didn’t really taste like much, couldn’t taste the osmanthus at all. I’m willing to give this place another shot next time though, the flavours are quite unique and suit my palette lol

What a complete disappointment. The first time I came here, the Taro Party and Taro Queen drinks were incredible rich, flavorful and perfectly made. This time? Absolute garbage.

My cup was 80% ice. Are you kidding me? I paid for a drink, not a cup of frozen water.

I got maybe 8-10 sips before it was gone. What a joke.

The mochi was served hard —not chewy, not soft, just awful.

How do you mess up this badly? The guy who made my drink clearly didn’t care at all. It’s like he just didn’t put any effort into it. For the price they charge, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. Never coming back if this is what I can expect.

They freshly brew each cup of tea, which is why I really like this place. Their green tea is Jasmine, which goes really well with the Taro series. Highly recommend!

Ramen is great

This is the first Chicha I’ve been to that doesn’t give less sugar option. The staff told me it’s either full sugar or none

Ordered takeout and no straws. . Your milk tea doesn’t use a straw, right?

The best tea in Vancouver!! No fake artificial flavour, no none sense westernized bbt. The real bubble tea!!!

Not too bad

Good tea, their bubble tea may be the best, but they definitely use good tea with pleasant aroma and less cream and sugar. Better than other bubble tea store which only use average or below average tea with tons of sugar.

Tried in last week for the first time. Loved it and been back three times so far. Tried their regular tea with mango flavour, fresh milk with brown sugar and the signature milk tea. All of them were delicious! Yes they are on the pricier side but best bubble tea place I have been to recently. Highly recommend!

If I was looking for a fresh milk tea drink with taro, this is definitely the bench mark. Although parking is not ideal, I enjoy coming here for my usual “taro queen”
