best milk tea in Town!!! I’m def biased becoz they are my favourite hahaha honey osmanthus with taro or konjac is a must try!!!
Best tea place in Canada~ no doubt abt it.
The oolong honey tea was tasty! Both the hot and cold version were tasty. Also the lid for the hot drink was super good quality, it’s plastic but is very sturdy and has a hole for drinking and also one for a straw.
I bust respectfully, everytime I walk in. But the one difference this location has from the one in Richmond is that sometimes I feel like I'm playing Russian roulette with the sweetness levels because sometimes I order a drink that tastes like it's got no sweetness and other times it's just right.
But I mean, I love me a mystery 😛
I love this place so much. Brings a smile to my face. Very good ^v^
I used to consider this brand relatively expensive. However, with rising prices elsewhere, I found during my recent visit that their tea truly stands out in quality and is well worth the extra few bucks.
I love this place for their quality tea bases that aren't masked by a million different mix-ins and toppings. I greatly enjoy the Oolong teas with fresh milk and konjac jelly. I sometimes wish there was a larger size option, but quality trumps quantity.
Google Maps shows the location closes at 9:00 PM, but when I arrived at 8:00 PM, the doors were already locked and a sign said the store was closed, even though staff were still inside. It was disappointing to make the trip only to find it closed earlier than stated.
Me n my daughter were craving for bubble tea and this was located right underneath our hotel (Element Vancouver Metrotown). The reviews of this place are mixed but it was the closest option so we decided to try it. Its not your usual flavored milk bubble tea. Its a different concept altogether. They dont customize for eg we wanted to add boba to some of their tea option specials but nope they cant do it. We ended up getting the mango tea with boba. We could adjust the ice and sugar levels. It was ok but with the limited options available and no flexibility in customizing, I would not go there again.

The iced peach tea changed my life
I bought the Taro Queen and a Bubble Milk Tea for $17.75. The Taro Queen was disappointing — there was only a bit of taro smeared inside the cup, and it didn’t taste fresh. The taro balls were extremely hard, like they had been sitting out for a long time. It was more than 9 dollars!?The Bubble Milk Tea was just OK.
I almost never leave bad reviews, but I couldn’t stay silent after such a poor experience. Really disappointed.
I work next door to this place and the smell of tea is enchanting! Every once in a while I reward myself after a hard day's work with one and it always tastes magical! The staff are wonderful! They let you control the ice and sugar levels which is amazing cuz normally I find most Bubble Tea very sweet, and no-sugar makes their tea Keto-friendly also. There's a lot of variety to choose from, but you can't go wrong with their pre-made selections either. If you are adventurous, get Mousse, coconut Jelly and then Obe flavoring. It's a great flavour combo.
Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the drinks — they tasted quite bland, almost like water. Nothing really stood out.
Also, it took a long time for our order to be made because the staff seemed more focused on chatting and laughing than actually preparing drinks.
Almost $10 for the drink - even tho half cup of ice!!!
Hope this feedback helps improve the service.
Excellent.
