I don't want head meat in my sundae soup, but the pork is so spicy that I can't eat it. Spicy Dongtae stew looks like it was boiled with pollack, not pollack, so it is so tough that you can't chew it. Of course, if you are not a foodie, you should order two bowls of that too.

I enjoyed the beef hotpot. And the korean pancake. The hotpot gave two bowls of rice as well. Very filling.I thought the pancake however, was too oily.Service was excellent, the server was very friendly and cute. 8/10 would go again.

Stopped by for a late lunch and it wasn't very busy on the weekend. We were seated promptly at a table. The restaurant is quite large and I can see it being good for large groups. We tried the gogi kalgooksu and sogogi dolsot bibimbap. The banchan was kimchi radish, kimchi, and beansprouts. The gogi kalguksu was tasty. The broth was flavourful and the portion was pretty good, with plenty of veggies and beef. The sogogi dolsot bibimbap had lots of veggies and beef as well. The bowl could have been hotter to crisp up the rice. There were some crispy bits on the very bottom, but I think there could have been more. Overall, it was a satisfying meal and service was good. Food came out fast. If I'm in the area, I would come back to try other items.

Spacious and clean dining room area with a large menu of many delicious Korean eats. Prices are reasonable and comparable other Korean restaurants. When ordering, you’ll need to press a button and the server will come to you to take your order. You get tea but can request for water as well.We ordered the pork bone soup and the seafood tofu soup. The pork bone soup was alright but the meat wasn’t really soft like other places. The seafood tofu soup has a good kick with medium spice but wished there was a larger variety of seafood. Both dishes came with white rice. There were also side dishes served and you can request refills. At the end of the meal, you get a complimentary nice sweet yogurt drink.Parking lot is pretty small and is shared with other businesses in the area.

Visited on a quiet evening, got seated quickly with plenty of available tables. The menu was straightforward; we ordered soups. Side dishes came first, followed by the flavorful soup and not-too-spicy stew.We were able to opt out of the side rice for noodles free of charge which was nice. There wasn’t much meat in mine, but the issue I had was the amount of onions in the soup, it occupied most of the space in the stone bowl so it wasn’t enjoyable.Reasonable prices, no rush to leave – great for both small and large groups. A delightful surprise was the complimentary yogurt drinks at the end, a nice touch after a satisfying meal.

First time here. It wasn’t too busy but there’s a lot of groups! Perfect restaurant for large parties. We just got 2 things , kimchi dumplings and the rice noodle beef. They both were just okay. The dumplings didn’t weren’t as flavourful as I thought they would be but maybe next time I’ll try pork. The noodles were good but they barely had beef and the beef was extremely over cooked and chewy.Overall I would try other dishes. They give each guest a yogurt probiotic to go.

My favourite Korean food in the Vancouver area, hands down. We literally drive from downtown Vancouver to come here…it’s that good. You can’t go wrong really but we regularly reorder: jeyuk-bokkeum; haemul soontubu; cheese buldak; and scallion pancakes. Also the banchan is amazing - I’m obsessed with the fresh kimchi they make, wish I could buy it from them.

I dropped by this place with my wife for a quick supper. The place was very clean and the overall mood was good. I ordered Tofu with fried kimchi. My wife ordered her favorite - Sundae soup with rice. It was very good, but pricey. I guess all dining these days is very pricey while no salary has been increased. The servers were very kind and good. But I believe leaving guests alone is just fine because asking often can ruin the mood. I hope they don't follow the unnecessary tradition of western restaurants. All restaurants POS systems ask for a 15% tip as a minimum. I think this is a totally wrong culture.
