Very, very nice sushi. Particularly their nigiriParticularly love the saba nigiri which is torched and has an amazing umami and taste of the flame.Tick more expensive than other places, but the quality shines through.Only miss would be the toro nigiri, but ultimately depends on which cut. I think sushi California has better cut and taste compared to Fat Tuna unfortunately, but their others cuts are fantastic.If you like rolls, their spicy Tuna is fantastic.

Located in a small plaza close to the Coquitlam Ikea, it's a bit small/has a hole in the wall vibe! My favourite item here is definitely the Alaska Roll. It's different than other restaurant's variation and is more like a california roll with a sizable piece of torched salmon on top!Party Tray C ($84) for 50 pcs: (rainbow roll, dynamite roll, deep fried california roll, house roll, red dragon roll, unagi dragon roll, alaska roll) was great to share with another couple to try a good variety. We did add some things on the side as we were pretty hungry! Sashimi here is what you would expect!
