Very, very nice sushi. Particularly their nigiriParticularly love the saba nigiri which is torched and has an amazing umami and taste of the flame.Tick more expensive than other places, but the quality shines through.Only miss would be the toro nigiri, but ultimately depends on which cut. I think sushi California has better cut and taste compared to Fat Tuna unfortunately, but their others cuts are fantastic.If you like rolls, their spicy Tuna is fantastic.
The sushi is delicious, and the sashimi is very fresh. The quality is excellent and the prices are reasonable, making it worth the value. The service attitude is the best in the entire Greater Vancouver area! Every dish is delicious, especially the party tray B.
