“A fan of Togo Sushi Sashimi... Tried out their new menu - Korean Chirashi Donburi. The sashimi was fresh and the amount was very generous. I loved the way the spicy & sweet sauce blended well with the sashimi and the rice. Please make this menu permanent“
“The waitress was very helpful, kind, and considerate.I ordered:One corn salad inari sushi. One tempura inari sushi. One unagi inari sushi.Three spicy inari sushi.I loved everything, everything tasted perfect. Especially the rice that was made with sesame oil, it had a perfect balance. The toppings for each sushi was fantastic, very tasty and wonderful.Highly recommended. The price was roughly $23 dollars, this was a good price. Please note:I cut the size of the box with scizzers because I wanted a clear picture.“
“Very quaint sushi restaurant in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The interior was very quaint and the staff were very nice. The kake udon broth was especially good, and I liked the amount of salmon provided for the two pieces of salmon nigiri that I ordered. The atmosphere is very nice, and I enjoyed the soft piano jazz that was playing in the background. Hidden gem for sure.“
“Beers in ice chilled glasses! Highlight of the night sharing some large bottles of Asahi. We had a great meal consisting of the basics; an omakase sashimi set, that included two lightly grilled options that were particularly delicious. The mixed tempura was so satisfying, and we had the beef teriyaki on a hot plate with some miso and rice to finish. We eat a lot of sushi and were blown away to have such a nice meal before our movie. We will definitely come back.“
“Yoko In Austin Heights is awesome ?. Been ordering take out for years, but decided to dine in today. The food has always been reliable, fresh and good variety of offerings. One thing that stood out to us on this visit was this hedgehog ? dessert. It was a chocolate ? covered chocolate gelato ice cream ?, it was so good. I highly suggest you try it out. We ordered the chicken cutlet and the teriyaki beef roll. We normally or the Maki, oshi and negiri which is good but this time we wanted to try other options and we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken cutlet was nice and crispy dark chicken ? meat and when he dipped it into the sauce that came with it was tasty. I left happy content and full...“
“This restaurant is clean, casual, family friendly with excellent sushi. The fish is noticeably fresh and the portions are great. The Nigiri sushi fish slabs are approximately 3 inches long. They go for quality with reasonable pricing. I'm hungry just thinking about this.Parking: This is a strip mall so there is a reasonable amount of parking“
“Only got some sushi to go, but it tasted great, and the wait was not that bad, but it did take a bit (only because it had 50-60 people eating so it was very fast for the amount of people). Went to multiple sushi places before this, but they were all closed. This one was the first to be open on a Friday at about 6:45.Vegetarian options: I got a California roll. (No fish, just avocado and cucumber. )Parking: Parking lot, right outside the door and we got a spot 2 meters from the small fence.Kid-friendliness: There was nothing to make it un-friendly.“
“Very, very nice sushi. Particularly their nigiriParticularly love the saba nigiri which is torched and has an amazing umami and taste of the flame.Tick more expensive than other places, but the quality shines through.Only miss would be the toro nigiri, but ultimately depends on which cut. I think sushi California has better cut and taste compared to Fat Tuna unfortunately, but their others cuts are fantastic. If you like rolls, their spicy Tuna is fantastic.“
“First time trying, we only ordered the crazy girl roll via delivery, so this review may not be a fair representation of the establishmentTaste 1/1*Although it was a fried California roll, it some how tasted pleasantly fresh…?Value 0/1*For what’s basically a fried California roll with cream cheese, $12.36 is pretty expensive imoSpeed 1/1*Order was received on timePresentation 1/1*Delivered well, presentation on point, always appreciate being able to eat with eyes firstOverall/Revisit 1/1*Yes would revisit to try more dishesAbove and beyond? 0/+1*“
“Love the food here! It's our first time visiting this branch andy first time trying their products.Their location is super accessible and along the road.Maxene, our server, is amazing, attentive, and takes good care of us.Will definitely go back :)“
“Great menu options of different sauces and type of meat for tonkatsu. Just a suggestion that they should display pictures of the food or put their menu on their store front window for display as I notice some people passing by not knowing what they offer as some people don’t know what tonkatsu is. After finish8ng my meal and waiting for my husband to get the car, I noticed some tourists walking by looking around to see if they could find the menu or something at the door but nothing was available.“
“My hubby’s sister came to visit us, she would like to try Korean food. We came across this restaurant. We ordered the pork hocks with oriental herbs, boiled squid, army soup and honey butter chicken. I would strongly recommend the pork hocks, even I’m not a fan of pork hocks but this is one of the best hocks I have tried so far.“
“Nothing like warm soup on a cold day. Came here with family & service was quick & efficient. Typical set up of tables and booths located in plaza near Hmart so plenty of parking. Seafood Pancake - this nailed it for the top crispy part of a seafood Pancake but the bottom of pancake was absent or missing. Maybe they were trying for a less heavy pancake but for the price I expected a bit more. Bolgolgi & Octopus Hot Pot - good size for sharing between 2 people and maybe a 3rd with a smaller appetite. Good portion of flavorful beef & octopus. Feel the place should be rated a bit higher than what it is currently.“
“Even though the place is quite small, the food and service were great. The server frequently asked us if we want more miso, rice or cabbage as you can ask for more with no additional cost. A little bit pricey but worth it for what you get.You can save your spot ahead of time and see how many groups or people are ahead of you. Lots of parking space in the area. Will come back again!“
“The sushi here is of high quality, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the pick-up process was somewhat inconvenient, and the estimated pick-up time proved to be inaccurate since my order was never ready when promised. Although the location is quite small, the quality of the sushi itself was impressive.“
“I’ve been coming here for years and the food is always fresh, always delicious and the portions are great! Highly recommend the spicy tuna sashimi, I get it everytime, but never take a photo cause I can’t wait to eat it!Also, Susie the waitress is the sweetest! :)“
“I went there with my friends, I didn’t eat anything, however I had a great experience due to their friendly behaviour and great customer service! All my friend’s food were amazing. They are super nice, positive, polite and even funny:)) Highly recommend this place!!“
“I did not score the atmosphere as I had my dinner delivered by Skip the dishes. The food was delicious and the presentation very good even for delivery. Another time I will need to sit in the restaurant and enjoy the experience. The salmon. As tender and tasty, the shrimp tempura nice and light and crunchy. The spicy tuna roll had just enough heat. And the salad was fresh and crunchy.“
“The staff was super friendly. It was dinner time and the skilled staff was able to quickly and efficiently process a lineup and make food simultaneously. Food was very well priced, with very good portions. The newly renovated food court was very nice too“
“We went to Sushi Mori for a late lunch on a Tuesday and the place wasn't so busy. We had great service and good food especially for my 2 hangry babies. We ordered the bento box chicken, and a couple of sushi rolls (I can't remember which ones) but all tasted good (see our last photo with everything devoured and 2 happy babies)The food took longer than expected especially with the amount of customers that were eating at the time but it might also be because we're already hangry at the time lol.All in all, great restaurant and awesome atmosphere with the trees and the seating, it feels like you're in Japan.Parking: Plenty of parking slots availableKid-friendliness: Kids menu and booster seat availableWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible ramp going to the restaurant available and there's a couple of tables available for wheelchairs“
“I went there for dinner and found out they were under new management. From what I ate, I thought the food was pretty good.Unfortunately, I do feel like Nigiri is abit overpriced. 1 salmon Nigiri for 3.75? (2 per order so really 7.5$)Other then the price though, everything was great. Great atmosphere and great customer service“
“The food and price is just like any other Sushi Californias I've been to. The food tastes good and the servers are all pretty and nice. They deliver the food with good timing. I also liked the Crunch House roll there. The place is a bit dark and gloomy looking, but it's okay.Parking: Parking is shared between stores, but in weekends, some of those stores are closed so there are more parking on weekend nights.“
“The Best around!! We’re becoming regulars just because they are hands down the best in all categories. The Spicey salmon Don can’t be beat - trust me my hubbys tried other places. Their beef teriyaki is scrumptious - the cabbage is sooo good and the cut of meat is perfect. Plus it comes piping hot. They have switched over now to iPad ordering at your table. Works well. Very clean and they are all so nice. Of course we’ll be back soon!!“
“I love Mika Sushi, the food is always so delicious. Every time I go, I leave happy. The Chicken Karaage and the spicy salmon roll are my all time favourites. I don’t order from anywhere else anymore. The Staff are always pleasant and friendly. Small restaurant but a real Gem! Great Work Mika Sushi!“
