“Great experience in-house dining here. We came from Vancouver for blueberry picking and pass by for the quick lunch and was suprisingly pleasant with the food quality here. Fresh and juicy sashimi. Great service, they even cooked by order for us as the roll we wanted was not in the menu. Definitely come back when we have a chance.“

“Very nice staff, clean place. Reasonable prices. Food was great, I appreciate when a roll doesn’t taste cold but room temp. Deep fried “Sexy Lady” roll was good, chunks of fresh jalapeno were tasty and added a crunchy texture.
Will go again.“

“We had an absolutely amazing dinner at Sushiway! The service was the fastest we’ve ever experienced, the sashimi was incredibly fresh, the sushi was delicious, and the portions were very generous. The Happy Hour beer and chicken karaage combo was definitely the biggest surprise, as it was such a great deal and absolutely delicious!
I highly recommend this place, and I’m sure we’ll be back!!!:)“

“It was our first time dining here for dinner, and we really enjoyed the experience. The location is very convenient, with lots of parking available. The ambiance is nice, clean, and pleasing to the eyes. We also loved the modern, contemporary design and the concrete-style look.
The food was really good, especially the Okonomiyaki and Mango Roll. The servers were very friendly and charming, and the service was fast. We also loved how creative and well-presented the food was. Overall, we had a great dining experience and would definitely come back!“

“Just had lunch today and while the food was pretty good, I can’t say much for our server. It would appear that she has decided that everyone she waits on must pay her a tip. We had left the restaurant and walking to our car when she followed us outside and questioned about her service. What she was inquiring about was her tip that she felt she was entitled to! After informing her the tip was on the table she immediately turned around and left without offering a thank you. What the hell?“

“I had such a lovely dining experience here recently. The food was presented beautifully, especially the roll topped with shrimp and slices of avocado which was perfectly plated with a slice of fresh lemon.
Everything tasted incredibly fresh and high quality. I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the care put into the meal. It is definitely a new favorite spot for me in Langley.“

“You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the food here. My family and I really enjoyed the tempura, bento boxes, aburi nigiri, and saba oshi. At first, they thought they had given us the wrong order, but it turned out they had it right, but still let us keep the extras at no charge, which was really nice of them!
Our server was super nice and attentive, but things got crazy busy all of a sudden when the lunch crowd came in. She was trying to handle takeout phone calls, pickup orders, and dine-in customers all at once. Poor woman definitely needed some backup! She still did a great job and stayed friendly and attentive even with everything going on.
Overall, we had a really good experience and enjoyed the food a lot. We’ll definitely come back!“

“I ordered omakase nigiri, mackerel and eel hako sushi, black cod saikyo yaki, and agedashi-tofu to takeout for our anniversary dinner. All of them are amazing! Especially, mackerel hako sushi was the best of all mackerel that I ate in Canada. Not only the fish, sushi rice was so good! Thanks to these great foods, we could spend the great anniversary! If you are looking for the real Japanese amazing sushi, I strongly recommend Yugafu!“

“Have stopped here a few times while being in the area. Decided on dinner here tonight and it was nice and yummy. The Burke mountain roll was lovely and tasty but not overwhelming with the sauce. The add on chicken karaage was a delicious light batter and perfectly cooked chicken inside that came piping hot. The double double ramen was satisfying and the soup was really light and quite fantastic. The salmon aburi had a great presentation and was filling. Perfet order for 2 persons. Sorry for the noodle photo ..I already started eating it...I don't usually drink the soup...I drank it all!! I appreciate the low sodium soy as well.❤️🙏🏻“

“Ko’s is a super cute mom and pop shop with delicious sushi that will make you want to come back over and over again! You can taste Mr. Ko’s passion and professionalism in every bite. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, the asparagus goes surprisingly well with the Philly roll but be advised, the rolls are pretty big. The spicy tuna salad has a tasty kick to it from the gochujang sauce which makes it a wonderful dish with a slight Korean twist! 10/10 experience. Strongly recommend it to anyone passing by the Langley area. I’m excited to be back for the rest of the menu!“

“I have been here multiples times and always ordered something else. I’ve ordered various sushi rolls, and many types of their Udon and it’s always been SO DELICIOUS!
The host, Erica is so lovely and beautiful and kind and the chef in the back is so talented and has such an advanced skill for flavor.
I have become a regular there and I will be one for a long time.
Highly recommend!“

“Absolutely amazing! The food was incredibly delicious, with generous portions and excellent quality. Everything was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. The prices are unbelievably reasonable—you get so much for what you pay!
The owner is one of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve met. So warm, gentle, and genuinely cares about every customer. The service made us feel so welcome from start to finish.
This is definitely one of the best value-for-money restaurants we’ve been to. We’ll absolutely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service!“

“Super cute little sushi resteraunt with fresh and filling sushi. My only complaint is that we asked to add mango to the yam roll, which was only added to the two end pieces. We had the party tray A, which was shared between two people. We both left full and pleased. My little one enjoyed the miso soup (as did I). There were 3 bits of sponge like bits on top which I am unsure of what they were, but I ate them anyway as I assumed they were dehydrated tofu potentially? Either way it was piping hot, fresh and delicious! Will be back!“

“A surprising and unassuming Japanese-owned sushi shop that reminded me of my visits to Japan. Super fresh nigiri and sashimi, with platter items you'd normally expect at a higher-end Vancouver omakase.
Their osusume (recommended) menu today included otoro (fattiest tuna belly, which they call super toro), engawa, aji and shima-aji, amaebi, kanpachi, whole hotate, and more. And their deluxe sashimi platter included many of these same premium options, rather than the standard mostly regular salmon and tuna layouts in most Western sushi restaurants.
We also ordered one of each of the two dessert options - green tea ice cream sundae with red bean sauce and shiratama (mochi balls) and poached pear and ice cream. Stellar.
The Japanese highballs were refreshing, and we're excited to try their recommended sake and umeshu next visit.
Other menu offerings included oshi (pressed sushi), hot appetizers and dishes like soft shell crab and asuri clam, Japanese rolls, and Japanese beers.
They also had the more Western options of maki (rolls), which our neighbouring tables ordered. I'm not as into maki, but it did look spectacular being served.
Background music was elevator jazz, which is perfect for the setting.
Quiet and super courteous older Japanese couple (I'm assuming) - likely the owners - running table service and as sushi chef. The wait is a little longer than standard Western-style Japanese restaurants, but worth it.
We splurged on our visit than the average visit when we saw the menu, but it still worked out to less than half of a quality omakase sitting per person. But I'd guess the average visit would be about $30-40 per person.
It wasn't busy when we visited, but due to their short business hours, still recommend booking reservations, which they do over text.“

“I’ve been coming to this sushi place for a few years now. It’s one of those neighborhood spots that’s been around for a long time.
The food is clean and consistent, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous compared to other sushi places. You can tell it’s been supported by the community for years.
It’s not fancy, but that’s part of what I like about it. Places that stay in the same spot for over 10 years usually do so for a reason. I’ve always enjoyed my meals here.“

“I was near Iron Chef Sushi when I decided to go get dinner and didn't feel like searching all over Fort Langley for a restaurant. To my surprise, the restaurant wasn't busy at all, even though it was right next to the Jazz & Art Festival.
I ordered the Tuna & Salmon Chirashi along with the Crazy Boy Sushi Roll. The chirashi was excellent—the fish was fresh and flavourful, and the fermented sushi rice complemented it perfectly. The Crazy Boy Roll was just as enjoyable, with well-balanced ingredients that worked nicely with the rice.
The service was attentive and efficient, and I never found myself waiting for anything. While the restaurant doesn't have the most traditional Japanese ambiance—smooth jazz was playing during my visit—it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which I appreciated.
Overall, Iron Chef Sushi is a very good Japanese restaurant in Fort Langley. The quality of the food and the great service made for an enjoyable dining experience, and I'd be happy to return.“

“This is a great alternative food place in the mall. It's located on the lower floor so it's far away from the food court and easily missed. We've been going here quite frequently actually, the food is made to order and it's quick, fresh and convenient. For a fast food type sushi place, it satisfies the craving.“

“Love this place. Been going here for 20 years. Food is still great! One of my favourite places for vegetable tempura.
p.s. I noticed all the negative reviews on here are coming from privileged white people… that’s kinda embarrassing being racist in 2026 lol“

“From an omakase perspective, the value for what you get is the best you'll find in the lower mainland. Keith and Chika do an amazing job of personalizing the experience and show how much they genuinely care about your experience and how passionate they are about their craft. The freshness and quality of the fish/seafood is top notch. You won't be disappointed. 10/10 recommend.“

“This restaurant has been around for a long time and it is an absolute hidden gem of the area. Their speciality is 회덮밥 (Hwe Deop Bab). It's like korean chirashi rice bowl. Only downside of this restaurant is that it is very small. It has I think 6-8 tables only so if you are a large group or visiting at a busy time you may want to just take out or call ahead to see if they are busy. Free parking available at underground parkade.“
