Ordered the Chirashi and it was excellent! Plenty of fish, variety well as preparation, and wonderful presentation. Very thoughtful and purposeful, and was delicious. I was impressed!Place has been around for a long time and I feel like it's getting better. The party trays have always been great. They season their rice well and always has the right moisture content.
A lively restaurant hidden on the side of Fraser highway, this restaurant has stellar selections on their menu including udon combos, Bento boxes, as well as traditional sushi and fusion sushi. The sushi section of the kitchen is in the front and visible to the dining room as the restaurant is smaller in size, and you can watch the chef's at work preparing your meals. The sashimi is thick and big. I had the chirashi it was wonderful! Lots of different flavours and textures. There are probably 7 or more different kinds of fish per serving. I love the sketch on the window as well.
