Honestly food is ok but the tempura is the smallest I ever had. I didn’t see the point what service they provided so they deserve 20% tips which was set lowest in the machine. When I changed the percentage and the lady looks not nice right after, she didn’t even say thank you. Plus we were asked to get our bill almost right after we finished the food when the restaurant was not even that busy

We were the only one in the restaurant at peak lunch hour. The lady there is very stern and may perceived to be rude. No tea offered. We got water only. We ordered salmon Oshi, it was acceptable. Price is not competitive and was a little on the high side. There isn’t anything special about the restaurant. If you feel like getting some passive aggressive attitude from server, this is the place to be. Solid 3/5

A nice small cozy place for high end sushi. Their special rolls and oishi in particular are special. If theres a down side, it would be they have limited seats and no AC in the restaurant. But aside from that most of their special rolls are torched where you can see them torch professionally if you dine in.

Tried to order from here today. Very rude lady on the phone. I suggest giving her the boot. I tried to Order at 6:45pm but she rejected me. Never again, next time I will have to dine in person to see if she is really that rude. But hopefully that won't happen, hopefully she will get the pink slip.

Unfortunately, the over 4.0 rating is way overrated, might be they had changed the ownership. Food: like trash but more expensive than avg; Service: kept coming to ask for plates removal, so annoying. i will never come again.

Hands down the best sushi you’ll find in the tri-cities. The food is incredibly tasty and presented beautifully. The rolls are authentic and not overly dressed. I hate that everywhere you go these days they add cream cheese and way too much sauce. Here you will find just delicious carefully prepared food. The snow village roll was outstanding and the green salad was incredible.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The woman at the register was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude was unacceptable, and it ruined my visit. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
this place is a trash. the lady is so rude. I called to order ahead for dine in, as soon as I got in, I told them I will order some more for dine in. the lady kept telling me to pay first and the food is already in the container, which is fine. I sat down, she didn’t helped me with anything, no tea or menu and the place completely empty, she told me to move. I was gonna order chicken udon she yelled that they don’t have chicken. I just got out. The food is mediocre not even good. idk why they have 4 star

We order for dine in waiter try to pack us and send out it was empty too. Don’t get it why she was extremely rude. First time trying. Sushi was good but we ate in the car. Definitely lost a customer.
