The place is super clean and well set up when you walk in. You enter to grab a bowl and tongs then pick right away what kind of food you want for your hot pot. It’s easy to put too much so go on the light side if it’s your first time. Then you go up to the counter and pick your soup base. Then they take it and cook it for you, brining it to your table. Love the malatang I can have with no sauce on the side, but even the sauce selection here is too good not to have it without some sauce. Though there is no ice cream at the end, I appreciate the malatang that doesn’t taste like Japanese noodle. (I love Japanese noodle!! I just I want to have some malatang when I crave it)
