Love the beef intestines hotpot and the half and half combo! We got the combo 3 which has spicy flavor which is amazing!
The staff lady was very nice to us which gave us a great experience.

Ordered the pork backbone soup and it was only okay, taste was a bit bland and like it was missing spices. There wasn't a lot of meat so I was still hungry after, which has never been the case when I've had this at other restaurants. I wouldnt go back based on the food alone but the customer service didnt help. To be fair it was busy but after awhile I noticed they were servicing other tables multiple times while ignoring us. I had to get up and track down the waiter to order.

This is my favourite resturant. I'm a homebody, so I get food delivery, and it is always, always good. Of all the resturants I've tried, their pork intestine is the best. It isn't chewy and it is crispy on the outside. (And I'm a white girl lol. Don't knock it 'til you try it.)

Dad loves food like this. Went for his birthday. One waitress running around everywhere and one waiter. Waitress was okay, not particularly good. Waiter though? Holy hell. So rude.

My chopsticks for some reason had pale yellow powder inside. Like literally encased inside the packaging. Asked for a new pair and tried to tell him about the powder. He doesn’t even look and just barks how many do I need. When he notices the powder, he doesn’t even apologize. Come on. That’s basic service. He came back with a new pair and literally just ignored us the whole night. He wouldn’t even look at us. The other waitress didn’t either.

곱창구이 so dry. Didn’t enjoy it at all. The other soups were okay though. My husband went to go pay, and he noticed that they added a pop to our bill. We didn’t even order a pop. Wanted to tip 0% so badly but still gave 10%. No thank yous or anything. Acted like we were inconveniencing them.

서비스가 정말 최악이었어요. 평소에는 리뷰 잘 안 쓰는데, 아버지 생신이라 왔다가 이런 최악의 서비스를 처음 받아봤어요. 남편이 외국인인데, 한국 식당에서 이런 경험을 하니까 너무 부끄러웠어요.

If you want to experience the feeling of a night market…
Then come here!! The food is amazing, it's always packed, and they have everything from barbecue to shabu-shabu. Of course, you can also order Korean dishes or set meals individually.

Today thursday, November 13th at 6:15pm There was so many tables there but she asked us to wait for her to clean up other tables. I was fine with that, then the man who works there got back from his break, acting rudely took people who came after sit in table and did not even ask us if we were waiting. After standing there for good 20’ without being served, we decided to leave. I love the food there but not what we get treated. Bad service

I visited the restaurant in the past and had no problems. I visited again today and was very confused. Upon arrival, there were so many tables but the waitress asked us to wait for her to buss the table. We waited for around 10 minutes, still she couldn’t buss any table. Then a server came back from break and could see that we’ve been waiting there the whole time. Then, there were 2 groups came after us and he gave the tables for them right away without any explanation for us. We decided to leave and were really disappointed how they treated us. We were polite and waited for them to do their jobs but got treated that way. I love your food but really disappointed

Very good intestine hotpot. Large portions. Very filling! Very nice to have on a rainy day. Great Korean spot to hit up while you’re in burnaby and Coquitlam. Definitely will come back!

Everything here is delicious! My husband and I especially love their mul makguksu (cold buckwheat noodles). Pairing it with their jokbal/bossam combo is just perfect. The service is always friendly every time we visit!

Satisfied with all their menu that I've experienced so far. Cold noodle, acorn jelly, and assorted beef gobchang are the ones that You can't easily find anywhere else in Vancouver.

I ordered Gamjatang hot-pot by UberEats and it was absolutely disgusting. I found not just one, but two different hairs in the food. One short straight hair and another long black curly hair. This is beyond unacceptable. If I already found two hairs, who knows how many more are in there?
This restaurant clearly has no proper hygiene standards. Staff should be required to wear hair nets and masks. Serving food like this shows a complete lack of care for cleanliness.
Who on earth wants to eat a dish full of hair? I was looking forward to this meal, but it completely ruined my appetite and evening.
