This Korean restaurant left a very positive impression overall. The highlight for me was definitely the gamjatang, or pork bone soup, which was cooked extremely well. The broth was deep, rich, and comforting, with a balanced seasoning that was neither too salty nor too heavy. You could tell the soup had been simmered for a long time, allowing the flavors from the bones and spices to fully develop. The meat was tender and easy to pull off the bone, making the dish very satisfying.
