I visit this place often because the food is delicious, and the male servers are especially attentive and have great service sense. I just wish they had more lunch menu options — the limited selection is a bit disappointing.

Absolutely delicious meat, and the free side dishes are a great addition. I went there for my birthday with my partner and I waited no time for a table. We ordered Combo B for 2 people and it was very filling and delicious. The servers were very polite and very attentive. I also loved the tea!!

We enjoy coming to Insadong for the consistently great quality, both in food and service.

The BBQ meats are always well-marbled, and their side dishes and miso soup are very tasty.

What really sets this place apart is the service. Every single staff member is equally friendly, polite, and attentitive. Their attention to detail is outstanding; they routinely change the grill plates for us before we even have to ask, something that many restaurants tend to overlook until requested.

It’s that combination of excellent food, thoughtful service, and warm hospitality that makes Insadong one of our favorite places.

We had such an awesome server and had wonderful variety. Good thing we booked ahead on a busy night.

Food was reasonable but the service is soo poor and rude. We made a reservation for 7 people for the room… Server shows up very upset and take out one of our dish and did not serve the barbecue meat cutting. We have to do self on the table and kept saying that they were busy so that can not serve properly with good service and hard to called up server that extra needs and order. Meat is kept burning and they haven’t check often We ended up spend over $1000.00 with poor service. We did not satisfy the customer service and overall food quality. We never going back to this restaurant. It was quite disappointing that we invite our cusions from L.A. to serve nice dine out but it didn’t work.

As someone who hadn't tried kbbq before, I had a wonderful time at Insadong. The food was amazing - they had really good variety on the side dishes and soups with the combo, and the meat was awesome!

The real high point from the meal was the staff though. They were so attentive and nice, and when my partner mentioned we weren't sure how long to cook some of the meats, our server gave great advice and cooked some of it for us. She was so warm and charming, and really made our experience special. One of the other servers gave us a rundown on the order of cooking and was great as well. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!

I had a small, intimate friends and family dinner for a special occasion at Insadong. My group was for 16 and they had no issue taking my reservation a week ahead of time, and also took my large order the night before. When we arrived on the day, some of our orders were already laid out on the table. The staff there did such an amazing job taking care of us that evening. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind and generous. I would absolutely come here again and I recommend it to others. I know I will be back and that my family will be as well. Thank you so much to the staff once again for their hard work and kindness. They truly helped us celebrate our special celebration in a wonderful way!
