Front desk service is okay. However they completely messed up the birthday cake I ordered two separate times. Did not follow instructions when I had to pay extra for customization. It’s disappointing and probably won’t be ordering again.

I stopped by this bakery by chance and had a really nice experience. The cake was tasty, the fruits were fresh, and the staff was friendly. They even added a congratulatory message on the cake when I asked. I was happy with both the cake and the service, and I’d like to visit again.

Very bad customer service. They don’t accept cards for purchases under $10 and THE PRICE IS DIFFERENT if you pay by credit instead of debit card.

Cute Asian bakery. The service was very kind and the baked goods were out of this world. I had their chicken bun and it was one of the best chicken buns I’ve tried. Fluffy, airy bread filled with creamy chicken filling. They also have all the classics like bbq pork buns with the flaky, baked, and steamed versions. Lots of cakes too. Excellent baked goods.

Their Black Forest cake is very good with right sweetness and always fresh. They also have eggless cakes (on preorder) but the flavors are Vanilla and Fresh fruit only. I have tried their eggless Fresh fruit cake and was very good too.

Grab and Go Chinese bakery. Lots of selection and things do sell out near 4-5pm,

6 items or more no tax.

Food is not too bad but customer service is zero . I was there yesterday waiting at the cashier counter, 2 staff walked past including the lady in charge , shocking that none attended to me I had to call out to them . This is what you would expect in an Asian retail shop .No basic manners like greeting customers . Ridiculous payment options . St Germaine bakery across the street in the mall is a little better . The one in charge (small Asian lady) is fiesty too talking loudly .Dont expect service just go for the food .

Less than $10 you need to pay cash. Otherwise if more than $10 you can pay by card. Food is good, although some of the wiener buns & those with cheese seem to be too much bread, not much sausage.
