It seems this bakery shop has never trained cashiers to greeting their customers properly. When I said “hi“ in a nice way they just ignored me. However, same cashier seems very friendly to the customers who can speak Cantonese. Can’t believe a “selective” customer service exists at this bakery shop. Very disappointing!

This is ridiculous! No credit card, only debit/cash is accepted! Even more ridiculous, for Less than $10 you should only pay cash!Why should people carry cash when we just passed a pandemic?! They still have arrows on the floor and force you to follow them, yet expect their customers to carry cash! I’m sorry for this establishment that is always busy yet won’t bother making the purchase easy for people!

Balanced cake flavors with it not being too sugary. Good asian bakery with delicious pork buns. I have tried their black forest cake, chocolate cake and fruit cake. All were absolutely delicious. Maxim never disappoints.
