I recently discovered this magnificent sushi restaurant near my home. I've never experienced fresher sushi before. Their raw oysters are divine. And the sockeye salmon sashimi is unbelievable. My server (Rose) is a sweetheart who is friendly and polite. The music is a little on the loud side but the genre of the music is enjoyable. I'm going to make this sushi restaurant my regular place from now on.
This is the finest Japanese Restaurant in the entire geographical area. The sashimi is the freshest I have ever enjoyed! My lovely server today, (Rose) was so pleasant and polite and she even gave me some complimentary tasty snacks. I typically order the Negatoro roll and Sockeye and Tuna Sashimi but on my next visit I am going to go for the oysters! If you really LOVE sushi, Nagano is definitely where you should come. They play pleasant music to enjoy and their beer is ice cold, just like Canadian boys like me. Thank you Rose, I hope to see you again very soon! - Regg
