Pearl Fever Tea House

Ordered red bean slush at 50% sugar level and it tasted like nothing but ice and diluted milk. Not worth the eight dollars I paid. Less sugar doesnt mean less flavour.

Paid almost 10 dollars for a cup of 95 percent ice. It feels wrong to even rate them a single star. Very stingy and complete scam, save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Ordered the thai milk tea! Then when i saw put like 90% ice i asked if its ok not put too much ice and she said no. So i paid $8.68 for thai milk tea? And all i can taste is sugar and not a bit of thai milk tea and just colored red lol!

Always reliable and consistent, went with a group of friends and we had a great time there.

in general speaking, i think there are better bubble tea spots. I’m not a fan of their flavours. My sister got me a honeydew milk tea today and it tasted so powdery.

Been a regular here and getting the same drink: Apparently as per new ‘corporate policy’, management won’t allow changing the flavour of the drink if it’s not on the menu.

I’m not asking much: how hard it is to add passion fruit flavour instead of honey peach flavour into a soda water cup.

I mean It’s not rocket science. No sensical basis for the baseless policy.

Drinks are a bit pricey, but if you have a craving, their selection appears almost endless. Good luck making up your mind!

This place used to be good, but it's a shame that they are always out of bananas. I wonder how difficult it is to sort out such a basic inventory problem.

My husband and I frequent this place almost every week. This location particularly, always kept the same taste and quality for their drinks.

Our go to is Honey Milk Tea(hot and cold version), Black Twist, Matcha Ice Cream, Mango Ice Cream and Matcha Oreo 👌🏼 We try to go elsewhere in the Tri-cities but we always go back for the flavors above!

A bit saddened though they removed the free birthday drink back when I was trying to claim on my birthday in January.
