Pearl Fever Tea House

This place used to be good, but it's a shame that they are always out of bananas. I wonder how difficult it is to sort out such a basic inventory problem.

Taste so great and we did not wait for too long for the yummy drink at this hour with friendly staff too ❤️❤️❤️❤️

1. The new Thai milk teas’ picture shows that it includes pearl, yet it still charged me 0.80 dollar for the pearl topping. 2. I said light on ice, the server still added half cup of ice…

My husband and I frequent this place almost every week. This location particularly, always kept the same taste and quality for their drinks.

Our go to is Honey Milk Tea(hot and cold version), Black Twist, Matcha Ice Cream, Mango Ice Cream and Matcha Oreo 👌🏼 We try to go elsewhere in the Tri-cities but we always go back for the flavors above!

A bit saddened though they removed the free birthday drink back when I was trying to claim on my birthday in January.

Had a good experience in the past but was so disappointed this time around when 1/3 of my cup was ice, considering I paid $8 for this drink. Was asked about sugar levels but not ice levels

Lexi at Pearl Fever provides exceptional service! She is always welcoming with an amazing smile and is incredibly kind and patient while I decide on my order. Since I started coming here three months ago, her outstanding service has kept me coming back and even bringing my friends along. I truly commend Lexi for her dedication and professionalism. She makes every visit a great experience!

Had a great experience at Pearl Fever. Lexi was really helpful and sweet. She assisted me in navigating the menu in creating a custom drink (hot taro milk black tea with 75% sweetness and pearls). The tea was super flavourful, not overly sweet as I had wanted, and the boba was freshly made.

Came in for their taro milk tea with pearls - made fresh and tastes great.
