I ordered through online tropical heat melt and they have given me mushroom Alfredo melt. Such a disgusting experience from them I don’t know who trained there staff. with out checking the order properly they shouldn’t hand out to driver. I’m allergic to mushroom this absolutely ridiculous service from them

"Order Extra Cooked next time" My family has recieved dishes with raw dough more than once. The manager mentioned this had been an issue and that they wanted corporate to change the recipe. The solution he suggested was "order it extra cooked next time".

Terrible customer service for online delivery. Order was 40+ mins late and blamed me for not picking up calls (they never called me). I had to reach out multiple times to get the correct status because the online tracking said the order was delivered which is wasn't. The person on the phone had 0 customer service skills, never thanks me or said good bye on any of the 3 calls I made to them.

*OVERPRICED WITH LOW QUALITY*
We ordered a 14-inch Large Super Supreme Lover's pizza by Uber Eats and when we got the food from a delivery, we were baffled and disappointed in your food quality and visual of the pizza. First of all, the uploaded photo of the pizza from Uber Eats and the pizza that we got look so different. There were not enough toppings on the pizza compared to the image. Furthermore, they didn't even cut the pizza dough very well (it was just a whole pizza NOT SLICED) Lastly, the toppings were easily taken off from the dough so that whenever we tried to eat pizzas, we felt we were eating lasagna, not pizza.
We ordered this pizza by paying $51.49 (including taxes) and were so upset and disappointed in having this kind of low-quality and visual pizza. We'll never order pizzas from here again and shame on you.
