the ramen tasted about the same as what you'd get at other ramen shops. The pork was a bit cold which wasn't very pleasant. Service wasn't great overall. Also no highchair available, a note for parents. We expected something better due to the good google reviews.

I went here with my brother and the food was really good I had takoyaki for the first time and it was really good!! The octopus was nice and juicy and the pancake almost reminded me of potato!! My brother got got spicy ramen and the broth was really nice ! The service was really good and our food didn’t take very long which was nice and the interior is very interesting There wasn’t a lot of people eating at the time we were here which made it not so loud in the restaurant which was nice

By far my FAVORITE establishment for Ramen. So much so that I refuse going out for Ramen unless it is to eat here. I personally love the one perilla seed. The chef is excellent 👌 and knows how to create a wonderful dining out environment.

Chill vibe. Food is decent. Small menu. I ordered the regular. The broth could have been more hot. It wasn't very strong or weak in flavour. The noodles were too soft for my liking, felt like eating instant noodles. Nice toppings and great that you can help yourself to kimchi and onions. The pork was delicious. The extra sugar sweetness does it. Egg cooked well, but just regular egg, not free range or anything. Service was not bad. Nothing exceptional. Just chill vibe. I would say 3.5 stars

I got the perilla ramen and chicken karaage. The broth was excellent, the chiasu tasty, the noodles were al dente and the karaage was fried to perfection! I wish they topped up the water more.

One day I was craving their smoked pork and only wanted that. Went in the store saying I’m going to take out some smoked pork.
They actually told me no even if it was a stand alone item in the menu. Stating I would need to order a main to go with it otherwise they’d rather not serve me.
Food is alright but the rigidity of service is crazy. First time I have ever heard about such a stupid policy. Is the owner afraid that the smoked pork will outperform the ramen or something? I can’t think of a reason for them doing so.

I live in Vancouver but make the trek to Coquitlam every now and then for this ramen. Great flavour and value , not to mention the in house smoked pork adds such a great depth of flavour to the ramen that I don't find in any spots in Vancouver. Highly recommend.
Good place to have a good bowl of ramen. Menu is simple, price is fare, taste good, free kimchi served. The broth taste mild but flavourful, not traditinal cha siu, sweeter taste but tender. Will go again.
