I recently visited a fantastic poke store inside Henderson Mall. The fish was really fresh, and the toppings were good too. I went for the mini size with two proteins and three toppings, which came to around $18—a great value for a satisfying lunch. I loved the quality and experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Food is alright. However, I’m not sure how their online ordering works on their app anymore because I placed my order at 1:09pm and scheduled my order for pick up at 1:45pm. I’m not sure if that means that my order will be sent to the store at 1:45pm but it did say that the store accepted my order. But when I got there at 1:43pm, the person behind the counter said she still had to make it. My order wasn’t finished until 1:53pm. I would’ve appreciated the order being ready at the time that I scheduled it for pick up. I never had this issue before with any other location as the orders were usually ready by the time I got to the store.

I went to order today November 4, 2024 at 4:30 and the two workers who was working was so amazing. Monica was so nice and through with helping me choose everything she was lovely to talk to so was her co worker Bernadette. Both did an amazing job doing customer service. They deserve an award really for how good they were.

I have always been reluctant of ordering from this location as the last two times I ordered from here, it was very disappointing. My review of this location has changed severely for the sole purpose of Monica. Monica had made me the best poke bowl I have eaten from all the locations I have been to! As long as Monica is working here, I will be returning to this location going forward.
