I go here once every week and I absolutely love this place! The service is amazing and everyone is so friendly greeting me every time I visit. The inari’s are so delicious and fresh. I would definitely recommend visiting this place if you are around 🤩

Worst customer service experience. Here is the back story:
My friend and I went, and it was his first time trying Inari sushi, so he was a bit hesitant. I asked how many he wanted, he said one, and I told him he should try at least two. He agreed and chose two toppings.
The server then asked how many I wanted, and I originally said four. She packed my friend’s order and my order together in one takeout box, so I told her we needed two separate boxes. She murmured and repacked everything into two boxes. Then she asked what I wanted again, and I picked three toppings. I changed my mind from four to three.
Once I told her three pieces, she asked, “What about the fourth one?” and I repeated that three was enough for me.
Then she started talking loudly to the kitchen staff about us in Korean, complaining that we changed our order and that she had to repack the boxes, and how this was “pissing her off.”
She did not know that I am Korean and I understood every word.
So I walked up to the counter and asked her in Korean, “Excuse me, is there a problem?” (혹시 무슨 문제가 있나요?) She was shocked that she had been caught talking about us. Instead of apologizing, she said she had to repack our order three times and acted annoyed.
No apology. No professionalism.
They are literally pre-made Inari pieces being packed into boxes. We did not change a made-to-order dish. This is basic customer service.
Do your job, treat customers with courtesy, and do not talk negatively about customers while they are still standing right in front of you.
Do better. It was disgraceful.

Friendly, fast, affordable, and sooo yummy! My favourite are the spicy tuna, and salmon or chicken teriyaki. Some like the teriyaki, aburi and unagi only taste good if made fresh though. Their rice bowl is also a great cheap lunch option.

We ordered 8 pieces including 2 chopped scallops. While all the others were good the chopped scallops had clearly gone bad and had to throw them away. I don’t think you should take a chance with raw shellfish

I go to this sushi restaurant often. Ive previously never had issues until today when when I ordered. I asked for 2 packets of soya sauce packets because I have 2 rolls. She only gave me 1. She said she was going to charge for me for a second???! She gave it to me this time but said next time I have to pay? I said don’t worry I won’t be back. She said don’t come back, if you can believe it. She is very rude. I said if you’re willing to lose my business over a soya sauce packet then you have poor customer service skills! You shouldn’t be charging for a soya sauce in the first place, no sushi restaurant does that. Absolutely ridiculous! I wonder if the owner is aware of her behavior.

My favourite inari place, always have to stop by this place whenever I come home to Coquitlam.
Lovely and yummy! Staff who helped me was so lovely and friendly! She had braces, I'm sorry, I'm not sure what her name was. We got 6 inari sushi pockets and they were AMAZING. I would definitely come back and have them again. There is no seating in Sushi Tree, we just sat in a grassy patch nearby to eat them, which was no problem.

sushi tree is always there for me in dark times. Nice lady at the counter always tells me they can make a new one of any flavour I want on the spot. I bring all my friends here. It’s just good 🤷
