Called in at 5pm and the call was answered immediately, but the woman answered another call as soon as I started ordering. She took the other persons order first but I was on the line for so long and was ultimately forgotten about. I ordered online instead, 25 min wait. Went to the store after 30 mins and was told they needed another 15 mins. Don’t tell someone to come at 25 mins if it’s going to be 45. I was on a tight schedule to go back home with the food for the family...
