I ate at this location very late at night recently. Often when any restaurant is open 24 hours, the food is not as good at night. However, at this location the food is very good at night. The staff are also very friendly even though they are working late and all night. The food was so good that I had to ask the staff their names so I could mention them in this review. Shirin and Aman are so friendly and make the best late night A&W in the Tri-Cities. Thank you!
I’m usually the guy saying how great A&W is relative to other burger places. Sorry, not this location. Half-as*ed effort on my Uncle Burger by someone who obviously doesn’t know what makes a good burger. Lame response to my complaint from management. Goodbye.Update. Gave this one a second chance because I was starving. Fail! Teen Burger this time, but once again, assembled by someone who just doesn’t care. Tiny tomato barely covering 1/3 of patty and way off to one side....read full review
