We ordered food at the bar, but unfortunately, we didn't like the taste of it. Since we were there to watch the UFC fight, we asked our friends to hold our table while we stepped outside to grab some food. However, when we reached the door, the doorman rudely questioned us about where we were going. We explained that we were just stepping out for a quick bite and would return shortly, but he responded in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, saying, "You can't leave, and if you do, I won’t let you back in!"
It's completely unreasonable that he felt the need to question us in the first place, and the rude tone he used made us feel very uncomfortable. We were simply trying to enjoy our time there, but the attitude we experienced was uncalled for and made us reconsider coming back.

I have been there 4 times, enjoyed the spectacular customer service. Asked my husband if he wants to go to Cactus or Browns for his birthday, he said The Tap House here because of the Customer Service and great burgers, onion rings, etc. Also the game equipments are soooo fun. Our favorite one.

Hannah was an absolute rockstar. Chatted us up about specials, Appy hour, and tried to get the Chocolate Brownie into my system. This place is just a nice all around vibe. Hannah as your server, will make it that much more enjoyable

I always have a great time here especially when Hannah K is our server. It transcends our experience at the taphouse. She patiently wait for us to order , giving her personal experience with the drinks and food here. Her knowledge with the food menu is exceptional, based on your personal preferences, she gives impressive suggestions. I have to say that pull pork burger she is talking about , it’s already amazing before I even try it. She is also a great observer. Before I even finish the drink and signal for another one, she seems already got the hint that I will go for one. Because of that , I will definitely have all the office party and function held in here. She is amazing

Happy hour options and prices are great. We only had the sweet potato fries this time - too salty and not hot! Server was friendly, quick and checked on us multiple times. Washrooms had 5 out of 8 stalls Out of Service - not sure what's happening there.
