It had a great atmosphere and everything was really nice. However, last night, the ID checker was extremely rude to me and my wife for no reason at all. He used very offensive language, just because we asked a simple question. I felt very upset, and it’s a shame that I will never return to this club again. I really wish the owner would pay more attention to how the security and staff treat people. What could have been a great night was unfortunately ruined by this person’s insult.

Used to be one of my favourite places to go on Friday and Saturday nights but not anymore. The Bouncers are very disrespectful and rude because their “laws/rules” only apply to some people and not all. They need more training on how to treat customers.

It was a good place, we went there around 8:30 and stayed till 12. The shots and beer were nice too. We had a birthday going on there; and the staff were so helpful. A good place to have a night at with friends.

I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve been nothing but exceptional from the fast service and friendly smiles. I highly recommend this local pub to anyone around the Coquitlam area or just staying at the executive hotel they will for sure take care of you!

We ordered food at the bar, but unfortunately, we didn't like the taste of it. Since we were there to watch the UFC fight, we asked our friends to hold our table while we stepped outside to grab some food. However, when we reached the door, the doorman rudely questioned us about where we were going. We explained that we were just stepping out for a quick bite and would return shortly, but he responded in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, saying, "You can't leave, and if you do, I won’t let you back in!"
It's completely unreasonable that he felt the need to question us in the first place, and the rude tone he used made us feel very uncomfortable. We were simply trying to enjoy our time there, but the attitude we experienced was uncalled for and made us reconsider coming back.

We have been going for Sunday football for years, and the service is amazing. Food and drinks are well priced.
Food was good, bar seats are not desirable at all, and the atmosphere was dull .. not like most of the other tap houses I’ve been too.

I have been there 4 times, enjoyed the spectacular customer service. Asked my husband if he wants to go to Cactus or Browns for his birthday, he said The Tap House here because of the Customer Service and great burgers, onion rings, etc. Also the game equipments are soooo fun. Our favorite one.

Hannah was an absolute rockstar. Chatted us up about specials, Appy hour, and tried to get the Chocolate Brownie into my system. This place is just a nice all around vibe. Hannah as your server, will make it that much more enjoyable
